Great value for money! It's right next to the JR station, making it super convenient for getting to the airport and downtown Sapporo. The POLA toiletries provided by the hotel are really good. Just note that daily room cleaning requires a reservation.

Hotel is clean & convenient for commuters. Train station is nearby. Surrounding area is quiet & pleasant but far from major shopping area (30 minutes away).

## Location The hotel is conveniently located right next to JR Shin-Sapporo Station. (A quick heads-up: Shin-Sapporo Station and Sapporo Station are quite a distance apart, so it's important to distinguish them if your plans involve shopping or exploring central Sapporo.) This proximity to the station makes it incredibly convenient for regional travel via JR trains. ## Facilities Typical for Japanese accommodations, the rooms are on the smaller side, but the bedding is notably comfortable. Another plus is that the tap water is perfectly safe to drink. ## Housekeeping Guests are informed at check-in that rooms are cleaned every three nights. However, used towels can be placed in a basket outside your room door for daily replacement. ## Relaxing Spa A highlight of this hotel is its excellent on-site public bath/spa. It offers a much more relaxing experience than simply showering in your room.

Booked a 2nd room for 3pax. Location is near the subway. Just that there isn't any sheltered walkway. The hotel looks old but room small for 3pax. The breakfast was great with amazing view of the city. Basic amenities provided. No free hotspring. Housekeeping is not available everyday.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Sapporo Station, which is a major hub, making it quite easy to get to the city center. The area itself is quieter than downtown, with more local residents and fewer tourists. Even during peak season, the price seemed reasonable. The hotel's exterior also looks quite attractive. On the other hand, there are some significant drawbacks: The hotel feels quite dated. Both the facilities and service could use an update, and the rooms and hallways specifically look old and worn out. The front desk staff were rather aloof. We tried to book breakfast three months in advance but couldn't, and it was still unavailable to purchase upon arrival. Additionally, the large public bath downstairs cost extra. Despite being advertised as a five-star hotel, the overall experience felt more like a budget chain hotel.

The views during the day from the room are absolutely stunning, and the overall environment and cleanliness are excellent. It's a shame my schedule was packed and I didn't get to try the spa. The location is super convenient with a bus stop and JR station right next door, and you can get to the airport directly. It's also really easy to get to Sapporo city center, and there's a direct train to Otaru which is perfect!

The heating in the room felt a bit stuffy, and after a shower, not being able to open the window for some fresh air was quite uncomfortable. The hotel is super convenient, right outside one of the exits from Shin-Sapporo Station, even though Shin-Sapporo is actually the last stop on the Sapporo subway line. The view from the 31st-floor top floor is excellent, overlooking the surrounding buildings, and the breakfast quality is also very good—definitely a highlight of this hotel.

good service and pretty good location which is very near by the shin-sapporo starion. Shin-sapporo station isnt that convenience though. If you want to visit somewhere near the city center, then you probably may want to book that hotel near sapporo station or otori station. However, this hotel is in a good condition and very comfortable to live. It is a pity that I cannot enjoy the spa because of my tattoos. Another thing worth mention is that the window view here is fantastic.

It's a nice hotel located very near to the shin sapporo station. Lots of shopping, eateries and amenities around the hotel. I was impressed that they offered you onsen vouchers for use daily depending on how many nights you stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful even though most only can speak simple english. Rooms are a bit out dated but very spacious already for japanese hotel rooms.

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

We have a smooth check in and the room is big and bed is big and comfortable. The single bed can sleep for one adult and one child. There is no room cleaning but replenish of amenities , changing towels and rubbish clearing are available.
