The hostel is — modern, clean and very well maintained. The bathrooms and toilets are nice and modern, and the shower had perfect water pressure, common area has a mini restaurant guests have free access to drinking water and microwave. The hosts were also super kind and helpful, and the whole place has a nice, relaxed feel to it. The location is just a short walk from Sapporo Station, so it was really convenient for getting around. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely stay again if I'm back in Sapporo. Highly recommended!

Clean and friendly, and the location isn't bad either. It's great value for money and I highly recommend it. There were a lot of locals staying there too, not just tourists.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but the soundproofing was quite poor. Since the floor isn't carpeted, and you can easily hear any noise from next door. Everything else was great, including the cafe downstairs which had a lovely atmosphere.

Good location, comfy bed, clean toilets. Too bad there was a loud snoring guest, affected everyone in the room ☹️ Do check out the beautiful garden next to this hostel..

This hostel has a great location. Hokkaido University, with its excellent museum, is just a short walk north – I'd highly recommend checking it out. However, the room I stayed in had 20 beds on one floor, so if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you might want to look elsewhere. It's really more suited as a cheap, temporary place to crash.

Clean hostel with good beds and convenient location if you need to take the train. Reception was never open although I arrived around 6pm, they were offering a welcome drink that was not possible to get. It’s a pity that the curtains have big gaps that let people see inside your capsule on the side and above it. It would be easy to fix by adding some plywood but not a major issue.

What can I say? The name '10 to 10' implies a perfect score, and it's certainly cool. The hotel is very close to the city center, just a short walk from Sapporo Station. It's a great place that's worth revisiting.

The hotel is close from JR Sapporo station, and it was pretty good to stay for a single night.

Clear and Tidy, with all I need for a good bath and sleep. Easy check-in and located nearby JR Sapporo station.

This is the first hostel I ever tried, personally they just aren’t for me so it’s difficult to review this place. Hearing other people snoring like chainsaws and making noise rustling bags well into the night and having phone conversations at 6am made me unable to get a good nights sleep both nights I stayed here. It’s not necessarily the hostels fault that other guests are crap but I will likely never stay in a hostel again after this experience. At least the location wasn’t bad I guess, and the staff (when they were there) seemed nice.

It was a good hostel and very comfortable. The bathroom provides useful amenities, which is a nice touch, and the restaurant downstairs is also really good.

Good location, near Sapporo train station. I arrive quite late around 10plus, check-in no much problem as I did registration earlier from emailed sent by hostel.

Check-in was done via Skype. Their English and Japanese pronunciation wasn't great. Since it's basically an unmanned system, I was quite confused at first. But for this price and location, I guess it's acceptable... Other than the self check-in, there weren't any major issues.
