The staff at this guesthouse were incredibly enthusiastic, provided excellent service, and patiently answered all our questions without getting annoyed. The g guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. Everything, both inside and out, was tidy and quiet. The open-plan kitchen was well-equipped, and the cleanliness of the tableware was very appetizing. They also promptly informed guests about new policies from the Japanese tourism industry.

The front desk staff's English was excellent, so communication was a breeze. The room was small but clean and comfortable. My friend and I only had one suitcase, and it fit perfectly by the door. If you have two suitcases, you probably won't be able to open both at the same time.

The bed space OK, comfortable and the room have heater so we are not freezing during the winter. My room has space to open luggage so its very convenience. There are 2 toilets, and 1 shower - so thats the only issue here but regardless, i have no big issue related to waiting time to use the toilet. The location is good (walkable to the clock tower, sapporo illumination, airport drop off, and famous shopping street), but its more near the susukino instead of sapporo train station. There are umbrella and snow shape thingy that guest can borrow, and all staff can speak good english. I left my bag with no fees, and love the service!

This is my 4th time I've stayed in this hostel. I also stayed in Tokyo and Haneda Plat b4. I like this place very much, eat, drink, shop and nice sleep

Extremely great stay! We stayed here for five nights. We would highly recommend Plat hostel Keikyu to all friends and family members. It's so clean and comfortable. We booked a twin bed room and we slept soundly throughout the five nights because it's quiet and pleasant. It is also located nearby Hosui Susukino subway station, yes, 150m away and just two minutes walk. Easy and convenient to explore Susukino as well as other attractions in Sapporo. This hostel also has a clean and well-equipped kitchen and dining area for in-house guests. The counter staff are all friendly and helpful, too. If we come again, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The location is just a few minutes from the subway station. The double room is comfortable, cozy and clean. And the price is reasonable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for cooking. The staff speak good English. It's recommend for budget travelers. Thanks to the staff to make me a comfortable stay in Sapporo.

Location : near Hosuisusukino (walk around 2min), you can get to susukino by walk Service : staffs are very kind and all can communicated with English, I see that hostel has service for left luggage service (not sure for price but around 200 yen)

I spent my first time here in Sapporo. Even I mistakenly went to Plat Hostel Ichiba but this place is much better for walking. Plat Hostel Sky is on the road that leads straight to Airport Bus and Sapporo train station. The room has a free towel, a flashlight,a line for hanging clothes inside the bed and shared in the room ,3 hangers, one small safe storage to contain your purse, passport,or charger, two electric sockets,and 2 USB A ports. I am 185 cm tall. The bed is big and private enough for me. There is not a locker for your luggage so you need to place them somewhere properly in the room. The kitchen is next to the lobby which is good to keep your meal cool or even cooking. They will provide you free tea and coffee. The staff are so friendly and ready to help you anytime. If you don't find them at the reception you can call them by hostel phone. The shower rooms are so compact. There is a shower, a faucet, a hairdryer ,and free body soap, shampoo and conditioner. There are toilets for each gender on each floor except the 3rd floor which is for laundry. Both 2 washing machines and dryers work nicely!!! Everything is clean!!! If you keep everything clean as well.
