The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from Sapporo Station. Considering it was during the National Day holiday, the price was unbeatable and offered great value for money. The room size was fine for a solo traveler, with all the essential amenities provided. I stayed for three nights and was overall very satisfied.

This hotel is truly excellent. Its location, just a five-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, is incredibly convenient, especially for those with large luggage. The rooms are spotless, thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff. The front desk staff are also very polite, and all hotel staff greet guests when they encounter them in the elevators. There are several convenience stores nearby, which is very handy, and the prices are reasonable. Staying near Sapporo Station is incredibly convenient; you can walk to Odori Park without needing public transportation, saving money. Hokkaido University is also close by, making it a great spot to visit. For dining, there are many options in the nearby Stellar Place. All in all, it's very accessible. If you're heading to the airport, the direct JR line from Sapporo Station is very convenient. The rooms aren't small; I found them much larger than hotel rooms in Tokyo, and the bathroom design is also very good and quite modern. If I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely choose the Washington Plaza Hotel. Highly recommended.
