The hotel is right next to Sapporo Station. If you're taking the subway, head towards the Toho Line and take either Exit 17 or 16 – it's directly across from there. The JR station is also right outside. It's only a ten-minute walk to Daimaru, and Hokkaido University is nearby. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The front desk staff are very polite and always greet you when you come and go. I was given a room on the 14th floor for my stay. On the first night, I noticed a low-frequency buzzing sound, like equipment operating. After discussing it the next day, they moved me to another room, but it was also on the 14th floor, and the buzzing sound was still there. It might be due to equipment running on the top floor. Something to keep in mind if you're staying here.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean with no strange odors. You can pick up toiletries on the first floor, though there wasn't a comb. The bathroom had a bathtub. Facilities: Compared to hotels in Tokyo, the room was spacious and included a humidifier. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near JR and subway entrances, making transportation easy. There are several convenience stores nearby, including both Lawson and 7-Eleven. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. Self check-in is available, and they can communicate in English.

This hotel is super close to Sapporo Station, which makes getting around a breeze, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy, a bit on the small side, but it had all the amenities you'd need, plus a dedicated table and bench which was great for putting things down.

Location: Very close to the JR station, excellent location with a nice view too. Facilities: Very new, fast Wi-Fi, and the furnishings are new without any formaldehyde smell. Cleanliness: Very clean and was cleaned on schedule. Service: Excellent! They have umbrellas for loan, and upon check-in, you can even choose complimentary items like steam eye masks and bath bombs!

The hotel is super near to Sapporo JR station. If you book any activities and departure at JR bus stop, this hotel location is perfect for you, just a few hundred metres walk. Lawson is right opposite the hotel, 7-11 is at the corner.

Well this is my fifth time staying in this hotel (7 nights stay for this visit), i love the location and the breakfast, including the helpful front desk staff, however 1 thing i noticed that requires improvement is the housekeeping crew. The bins are placed properly and toilet paper roll is left on the floor inside the bedroom, also that the dust needs to be cleaned right? We have only requested for 3 room make-up services as part of the effort to go green, yet the service provided is far from expectation comparing to all my previous stay in this hotel. Kindly work on that as improvement.

great and professional service. Room is well organized. 2F free space is a good place to recharge your body and mind with free coffee and books. The location is fantastic, just 3min walk from Sapporo statation. All my experience here was truly happy and memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the JR North Exit. The room was perfectly fine for a solo traveler, and there was plenty of light. I really appreciated being able to store my luggage, and even drop it off two days in advance. The only downside was the noise from the JR trains departing.

Location was great, near Sapporo station, buses within 5 minute walk, combinis nearby and places to eat. The room was spacious for me, with a table with a sofa to relax and eat something. Perfect to stay for days. Everything was pretty clean. Recommended!

There's a delicious soup curry restaurant near the hotel, and the hotel's location is great. Check-in was self-service via a machine.

First of all, the location is excellent — it is very close to the JR train station, which makes traveling extremely convenient. The staff can communicate well in English and are very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel room is clean and modern. I really appreciate that the toilet and bathroom are separated, which feels more hygienic. The bathroom itself is very clean and I am very satisfied with it. The hotel breakfast deserves special praise — there is a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here on my last night in Sapporo, mainly for its proximity to JR Sapporo Station. It's a typical Japanese 3-star hotel – clean, rooms are on the smaller side but have all the necessary amenities. Definitely recommend for those who need to catch an early train.

Very good location, only few steps into sapporo station!! Great hotel to stay in sapporo!!
