Checking in was a hassle. The video wasn't great and the check-in process itself was quite inconvenient.

I liked the space, but there was no room cleaning for my entire 3-night, 4-day stay, which was a bit lacking in terms of hygiene.

Great location and facilities, but I couldn't figure out how to open the main entrance door, even after entering the PIN. Check-in was also a bit tricky.

The room was very spacious and clean.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and they even provided pajamas. It's rare to find a Japanese hotel with such a large space where you can sit together to eat and chat. The only downside was that I found the check-in process a little cumbersome. I hope the tablet interface can be made smoother.

The facilities were new and clean, and the abundance of amenities was excellent. The space was efficient and pleasant, which was great. The only downsides were the lack of a parking lot and the slight difficulty I had as a foreigner figuring out the password at the entrance. Everything else was fantastic!

It's rare to find accommodation where a family of five can stay in one room, so this place is extremely valuable in that sense. There were bunk beds, and we were able to stay as a family of five. The room was clean, and it had a kitchen, so I think it would be ideal for long-term stays. If I ever come to Sapporo again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I liked that the room was really spacious. There was plenty of room even with three of us opening our suitcases. Although the heater was on, it was still a bit chilly. I was very satisfied with the fact that the sink, bathroom, and toilet were separate. However, the soundproofing was weak, so it was quite noisy due to the sound of children jumping down from the bunk beds and running around. Nevertheless, it is a place I would like to visit again. The self-check-in system is inconvenient. It was quite a hassle because we had to enter the information for four people just to connect via video call, even though there were only three guests.
