Tsubaki Properties in Sapporo

Absolutely perfect, honestly one of the happiest stays I've had in Japan. The only minor flaw you could pick with this 4-star hotel is that it's a bit old. However, the service is absolutely top-notch. It has a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Mirawa, a free gym, sauna, and hot springs. There's also a bar on the 10th floor that offers snacks, beer, and red/white wine at certain times, plus a permanent selection of coffee and soft drinks. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, unlike the cramped rooms you often find in other Japanese hotels. Please don't raise your prices!
