I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow. I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease

Really good cheaper hotel with friendly and accommodating bilingual staff. 24 hour bar was cool for when I was still awake, decently priced drinks and food. Food was very delicious and tasted very fresh. Room was always immaculate and the TV had plenty of english options. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. Very close to the air port with cheap taxi service.

It was a very good trip and the last stop of my stay in Turkey. The hotel is rather old but definitely has a 5 star standard, both in terms of customer service and the details of the rooms, I am very glad I booked this hotel. I was very happy that the hotel staff arranged a taxi and breakfast and wake-up call for me in advance as I was leaving from Ankara airport early the next morning. The only thing I was confused about was that the hotel was only 500 metres from the airport, but there was a detour of almost 10 kilometres and the taxi ride to the airport was about 100 lira and took 15 minutes. Everything else is fine.✨ 这是非常好的一次旅行，也是我在土耳其停留的最后一站。这个酒店虽然说设施比较陈旧了，但是绝对有五星的标准，不管是从客户的服务上，还是从房间的一些细节都能感受得到，我非常庆幸定了这家酒店。 由于第二天一早从安卡拉机场出发，酒店服务人员提前帮我安排好了出租车以及早餐还有叫醒服务，我非常满意。 只是疑惑的是这家酒店明明离机场只有500m，但是却有绕路将近10km，打车到机场100₺左右时长15mins。

I don't know about the negative comments here but my one night stay was perfect: Staff - very good service and accomodative. They offered tea and helped to bring our luggages to our room. The staff showed that water bottles were available in the mini fridge, as if he knew i was very thirsty 😁 Parking - right in front of the hotel, very convenient Room - upgraded from 2 single beds to one queen bed since the staff notice that both of us are married couple. Comfortable bed, no issue with the pillows i like it though not too spongy like what people have been commented here. Overally, worth the price.

I came to education I was very good location cleaning good breakfast pretty weak but quiet enough I prefer the price was the most suitable location

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is great. The service staff, in particular, are warm, thoughtful and patient in helping us solve our problems. The transportation here is convenient and everything we want to eat is available. I am very satisfied and will come back next time. It is a hotel worth recommending. It is very cost-effective. Overall, it is very good. satisfy!

To be honest, I feel very quiet in Ankara, unlike the capital of a country, and the special dirty environment is not very good. The hotel is in a roadside location. The facilities in the room are quite satisfactory. There is no place to eat nearby. It needs to be far away. Can only be found in places, and overall it is satisfactory

For the price I paid for this room is totally worth it. Maybe this time of the year the hotel ambience is very quiet. The view from the room is beautiful and big. The bed was comfortable. The only bad here is the breakfast. Everything is cold. Can totally skip it if you are not used to Turkish breakfast
