The prices were very high, both for the sunbeds and for the food, and the service was not satisfactory. I had come with my family and there were people on the beach who cursed and made noise. The waitresses were not very polite and did not serve us well, and we are satisfied.

I recently dined at The zero zero and was thoroughly disappointed. The service was abysmal; it took 30 minutes to get our drinks and another 45 minutes for our food to arrive, despite the restaurant being only half full. When the food did come, it was cold and bland. My steak was overcooked and tough, and the side dishes were under-seasoned and unappetizing. To top it off, the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. For the price, I expected much better. I won’t be returning.

Everything was perfect. The hotel room was clean and spacious with a large terrace. The hotel is next to the beach, they have private beach so you don't have to pay for the sunbed and umbrella. The food was very tasty. If you like the seafood, you must try the fried mix with french fries. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially Claudiu. They treated us like we were friends, not just tourists.

Una buona struttura, ottima posizione sul mare con un lido costruito ad hoc per i turisti. Camere pulite (personale delle pulizie molto cortese e attento) . Accoglienza veloce e personale di servizio molto gentile con Vera, Lorenzo e Asia sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza. C’hanno permesso di entrare un po’ prima all’ingresso. Unico neo: la colazione.! Colazione esclusivamente salata non ideale per gli italiani (no cose dolci come croissant, marmellate, torte, yogurt o altro). Il caffè espresso viene fornito solo su richiesta sl bar. Servirebbe integrare un po’ di più la colazione, e questo renderebbe la struttura perfetta per un soggiorno qui.! Nel complesso esperienza positiva.!

Scrivo questa recensione per il lido e non per l’hotel ( perché non ho alloggiato lì) per dire: andate!! L’unico posto a saranda che merita 5 stelle!! Personale gentilissimo e attento, cibo buonissimo!!! Lo straconsiglio!! W zero zero BEACH :)
