i love that it was close to the park and food establishment. a few minutes drive to downtown which is good for us as it was quiet.

Just a short walk outside, you can enjoy the riverwalk shown in the photo. The room was great with two doors—very convenient. The door that leads outside has parking right there, which made it really easy. The park is also right in front of the place. There was a BBQ grill available, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, with three different kinds of fruit available.

This is our favorite place to stay in Sarnia. It's a little outdated but its always clean & comfortable. The exterior of the building could really use a face lift. The Paddy Flaherty restaurant next door is one of our favorites too, and the park is right across the street. The breakfast is always good and the staff are friendly. The best part is the value for the price.

Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them.

The room felt like a motel, the facilities were old, refurbished, and OK, not great, the corridor smelled like **! The most outrageous thing was that the hotel charged me once when I checked in, and charged me again when I slept at 3am. The next day, I went to the front desk, but they refused to admit it. Fortunately, the bank can check the credit card deduction party, and I took a screenshot and contacted Ctrip customer service. It took two days for them to help me return the second payment! I forgot to take pictures, and I only stayed for one night when I was passing by the United States!
