I stayed in this facility with a wonderbox and I added a night at my own expense and I can say that everything that others write negatively did not manifest itself, probably they have improved but in any case the room was large and clean, the soap and shower gel dispensers were full, everything worked except for the bed slats which I have to give a zero as a rating because in fact when I sat down in the corner the bed collapsed but apart from this everything was normal, very kind and helpful staff, I recommend it for those who have to visit the Cinque Terre and it is no small thing to have the facility attached to the train station

We stayed for 2 nights at the residence, the stay was given to us as a WonderBox. The property has convenient parking in front and can be easily reached on foot during the season. The cleaners were really nice and helpful but the owner, in addition to not responding to emails, was never seen. The room was large and well cleaned, but with some wear and tear. Door with shaky and damaged handle, broken coat hooks, shower shampoo dispenser found already EMPTY and never refilled. Only 2 bars of hand soap supplied. The breakfast buffet had the bare minimum: mini croissants, yogurt, cereals. Automatic coffee/hood machine, juice machine. Savory part only cooked meat and fontina. However, pleasant stay.

I slept one night in this residence. They gave me a huge and very clean room. The only flaw is that in the wardrobe there was neither an additional pillow nor an extra blanket (it was very cool). As soon as I notified the reception, they immediately accommodated me so the problem was solved in 5 minutes. The breakfast is sufficiently varied: yogurt, coffee and various hot drinks, cereals, jams, toast and mini croissants. Honest price, 50 euros. I advise

Unfortunately the structure is not cared for, we came to it through wonderbox. I also bought an extra night due to its strategic position of the most beautiful places in Liguria. Although the rooms are large and modern, the services they offer are let go. The air conditioning shot ice cubes, the TV didn't work, the reading light worked intermittently. The bathroom with very old fixtures, even the bidet came off the floor. Unfortunately, even the cleaning was not very good, when they returned to the room the bed was not made and the bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was barely enough and the coffee machine that delivered hot drinks also worked poorly.

The room was large and fairly new, though simple in structure. Good location: close to the center but also to the train station in order to reach La Spezia by public transport and leave from there for the Cinque Terre. The parking lot of the structure has few places, but near the residence there are free parking spaces .. Discreet breakfast. Too bad, however, for several imperfections ... The bedspread was stained with grease in 2 clearly visible points ... Is it possible that whoever put it on did not notice ?. I had to ask the reception to change it, which was granted. In the toilet there was a water heater that made loud whistles during the night so as to wake up from sleep (with the hope that there were no short circuit problems ..). The measured toilet paper and little attention in the change of bathroom detergents ... which despite having been used were not replaced. here I'm. For heaven's sake it is true that there are no great shortcomings ... A little more attention would have been enough ... It is also true that the price of the overnight stay was more than honest ... and in any case the bed linen and towels have always been clean. If I were to return to this area I would probably choose this residence again..The structure can be taken into consideration, but without excessive pretensions. .
