Hotel Resol Sasebo Reviews

The hotel was clean and reasonably spacious. There is a bathtub in the room and good for use aftr long tired walk. multi storey Car park was just beside the hotel and convenient walkway link to hotel. Convenient store just outside the hotel. Only con is need to open window as the blower blow out hot air when U turn on the Aircon button. Probably bcos is winter time. Power adapter is needed for charging. Overall stay is pleasant and reasonably comfortable.

The service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. The price was reasonable, and they even offered free udon noodles in the evening. The location is superb! I love Sasebo; it's a quiet little city with delicious hamburgers and BBQ.

I would definitely like to stay in this place again. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I asked them for ferry directions to another nearby island and they were quite diligent in finding out the information for me.  The hotel also has all the amenities that most Japanese business hotels have: toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and even mouthwash, which most Japanese hotels do not offer as an amenity.  Literally right across from the Sasebo station. It was a lifesaver after having an almost two hour train ride from Nagasaki.  Another interesting fact: the hotel doesn’t have the fourth floor because the Chinese pronunciation of “four” in Japanese is similar to “death.” It’s actually my first time seeing this in Japan. I’ve seen it several times in Hong Kong. Quite interesting and old school!

Perfect convenient location, close to both bus Center and train station. There are convenience store down stair. The staff is friendly too. The amenities is good (free month wash)

Location wise. Peaceful hotel. Just no microwave inside the room. Coffee were soo good but u need to get it always at the lobby.

Very convenient. Staff kind and helpful. Small room, but budget friendly. So it's appropriate if you just make a quick stay/stop in Sasebo

The hotel is very nice, our room was a deluxe twin with a sofa and coffee table. The hotel is very convenient, located above the bus station. We arrived on the bus from Nagasaki and walked right out the door to go into the elevator up to the reception. Across the street is the JR train station and the harbor which was beautiful to see at dusk.
