Just returned from a phenomenal stay at Rockford Resort and Spa in Tapola, Mahabaleshwar, and I'm already dreaming of my next visit! If you're looking for a tranquil escape amidst nature, this is your spot. Location & Views (5/5): The absolute highlight here is the location. Tucked away in Tapola, it offers truly breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills, valleys, and the Shivsagar Dam backwaters. The infinity pool, especially, steals the show with its picturesque vista – perfect for those Instagram-worthy shots! It's a bit away from the main Mahabaleshwar market, which we loved as it truly felt like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Amenities & Activities (4.5/5): Rockford has a great range of amenities to keep you engaged. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the kids' play area is a huge plus for families. Free Wi-Fi was available, which is always appreciated. Dining (4/5): The in-house restaurant serves a good variety of regional and Indian cuisines. We found the food delicious and the portions generous. While some reviews mentioned à la carte being on the higher side, the quality generally justified it. They also offer a good breakfast spread, which is a great start to the day. Rooms (5/5): The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views from the balcony, which is definitely the USP. While they are comfortable, some areas could benefit from a bit of renovation and maintenance for a truly luxurious feel. Service & Staff (5/5): This is where Rockford truly shines! The staff across the board – from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping – were exceptionally polite, helpful, and accommodating. They genuinely go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Their promptness and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall Impression: Rockford Resort and Spa is an ideal choice for families, couples, or anyone seeking a peaceful and scenic getaway. While a couple of minor points regarding room maintenance could be improved, the stunning location, excellent service, and enjoyable amenities make it a highly recommended destination in Mahabaleshwar. Beautiful location with amazing pool n valley view. Staff is cooperative and helpful. The staff was very attentive. Food and service were really good. They serve a fresh and hot breakfast with a good variety. The infinity pool is the highlight of the property. Must visit.

The stay was amazing, specially a view from valley view rooms and infinity pool is superb. Food is also good. Big garden is an added amenity to spend some quality time with your loved ones.
