Hospitality and food was great . We enjoyed a lot. Resort location and ambiance is at its peak. Nicely maintained. Staff was extremely cooperative and good. Specially plant care takers were hardworking and dedicated towards the work. Restaurant staff were very polite and cooperative.

We loved the Mahabaleshwar property. View from our room balcony was picturesque. Cleanliness inside and outside room was top notch. Also, their service from check in to check out was excellent. All the ground staff was very helpful and always helped with a smile and greeting. We will definately visit again.

The resort is scenic with lots of activities included. It is children friendly. The restraunt is really amazing with delicious food. The staff is humble, kind and always welcoming with a smile specially @ashwini and her collegues are friendly.

The property is stunning! It is scenic, clean & well maintained. The staff are cordial, polite, super helpful & will go out of their way to make your stay memorable! Ashwini took excellent care of us, she was so polite, always willing to help & made our stay very memorable & comforable. The property has breathtaking views, the pool, the garden, the restaurant all have a beautiful landscape. If you are looking to escape the heat, this restaurant is a must visit!

Par excellence!! Bella Vista is a beautiful big property and has great food, big rooms, courteous staff and great kids play area, play station area, spa and swimming pool. My two kids were very happy as we took the duplex room and playing up and down the stairs was a lot of fun and bathroom has dryer , slippers and everything that a 5 star hotel is expected to offer. They had a great time enjoying the play area and we loved eating our breakfast enjoying the green valley view..

This was most memorable winter stay for us. The staff are courteous polite pooja naina ashwini sujal forever smiling andxready to serve. The view of the sahyadris every morning with fog from our balconey was spectacular. Children have a big play zone that keeps them busy. The hotel property is beautiful and every nook corner worth sitting drink hot adrak elaichi Chai with their delicious butter cookies ! Dinner with the experience of live music every night melodious soft voice of singer prithvi perfect way to end the day by the warm daily bonfire. We loved the stargazing night with high power telescope to see the moon Saturn Venus was amazing! The interactive drums sessions is a hit with parents and children. In house diner is excellent. We will surely be visiting again to experience this warm kind hospitality. A must visit place on your winter list !
