My only issue was the check in girl was rude, and then the hotel double charged me for the room...cuz the check in girl didn't have a clue what she was doing. Tried to tell her reservations were through Trip.com, but she still messed it up.

El personal es atento y no tiene lujos pero es suficiente. El desayuno entre malo y remalo. Ni fruta, ni algo con huevos. Lo incluyen en el precio por eso. Nada cuesta normalmente cero. Nos cobraron una comisión del 3% por pagar con tarjeta. Ni estaba en las condiciones ni en España es legal. Desconozco en USA. Pero hay que reclamarlo que esté aclarado o nos lo devuelvan.
