The home’s water heating system is powered by the state-of-the-art Navien NPE 240A tankless water heater, providing unlimited hot water on demand. Cleansing shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available at the push of a button with a modern built-in dispenser located in each shower. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer. The Electrolux front loading washer and dryer set is expertly designed to handle a variety of laundry tasks with precision. The washer also includes a quick 15-minute wash cycle, perfect for when time is short but clean clothes are necessary. For those driving electric vehicles, an EV charger is conveniently located in the carport. EV charging is provided at no extra cost, and you are welcome to use the EV charger on an unlimited basis for the duration of your stay. Although the charging cable is compatible with a variety of electric vehicles, for guests interested in charging their Tesla Models 3, Y, S, and X, a complimentary J1772 adapter is available in your vacation rental.
