This was our third visit and our stay was very nice. We stayed for four nights this time and the whole team of Ritzlerhof staff made the stay perfect. We stayed in Superior Double Room Kreuzjochspitze which had balcony towards the garden which was lovely. Again the hotel was full booked but you do not notice it at all. We will came back again :)

We stayed five nights at the Ritzlerhof and it was a lovely place to spend your holiday. The hotel is located on at very large area a little above Sautens, which give some amazing views. A lot of hiking option possible directly from the hotel and only 45 minutes walk to Ötztal where cablecar is available. The evening meals was very nice presented and tasted great and the desserts was really on a high level. All member of staff was super friendly and always ready to help - so nice hote.l

Lovely Eastern holiday at Ritzlerhof. We celebrated birthday during the stay and everything was perfect. The hotel was fully booked but you do not notice it at all. Food it very good and the whole team of staff make it amazing holiday. Spa treatment was wonderful. Can highly recommend this hotel and this was our second stay.

The hotel was above all our expectations. We came for a bike trip, 6 days riding in the innumerable bike roads around Sautens. The staff helped us with everything we needed: maps, bikes, suggestions. They even upgraded our room to one with a balcony. Located in a paradisiac place, quiet, clean, great breakfast and dinner. With two swimming pools, one indoor and one out outside, great after a bike trip in the area. Recommend to anyone looking for and active or quiet vacation. Looking forward to going back... Wer den alten Ritzlerhof erwartet, wird erst einmal enttäuscht. War das Hotel früher herausragend in allen Bereichen so merkt man jetzt, dass den neuen Eigentümern die Übung und Erfahrung fehlt. Alle wirken ernst, laufen wirr umher und es fehlt leider noch die Herzlichkeit und Leichtigkeit , die diesen besonderen Ort ausmacht. Der Service ist unaufmerksam und langsam. Eine große Ausnahme: Katerina! Sie gibt 1000% für einen guten Service und um Wärme zu verbreiten aber alleine?! Wie soll das Möglich sein?! Sie verdient wirklich Anerkennung dafür! Die Poolliegen stehen kreuz und quer und auch die Polster bleiben über Nacht auf den Liegen oder auf einem sichtbaren großen Haufen. Ja wir sind Erwachsen und könnten unsere Liegen selber zurückstellen nachdem man der Sonne nachgewandert ist, aber man ist ja im Urlaub. Der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ein dreckiger Abfluss im Pool wurde stets ignoriert. Die Poolumrandung ist in meinen Augen eine echte Gefahr. Nicht selten hatte ich das Gefühl gleich einzustürzen. Den Schandfleck mit Filz abzudecken, hilft nur bedingt. Das Essen ist gut, aber (noch) nicht herausragend. Positiv verändert hat sich die Jause. Torten statt trockener Kuchen. Lecker! Leider kam der Cappuccino erst wenn man schon fertig mit essen war. Auch schön ist, dass man das Willkommensgetränk nun auch später trinken kann. Die Massage ist weiterhin top. Schön, dass zumindest der Masseur bleiben „durfte“. Die Zimmer und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Gemütlich und sauber. Für ein ****S ist noch Luft nach oben! Alles im Allem würde ich dem Hotel nächstes Jahr nochmal eine Chance geben, da die Lage einmalig ist. Und jeder hat ja bekanntlich eine zweite Chance verdient und die Fußstapfen in die sie treten, sind einfach verdammt groß!!!

Unfreundliches, nicht dienstleistungsorientiertes Rezeptionspersonal, dreckiges (bspw. tote Fliegen, Spinnweben auf den Fluren, im Hallenbad, …), altes und heruntergekommenes Hotel (bspw. überall im Hotel abgeschlagene Ecken, Wände dreckig, Zimmer teilweise sehr, sehr alt und damals billig eingerichtet bzw. renoviert), Salatbuffet sehr spärlich, Bilder der gebuchten Zimmer falsch bei Buchung, … —＞ Preis-Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht
