Very very clean. This is the second hotel that I have been in the last two days. This first was nasty. I was so happy to be in a clean and safe hotel. Thank you for making my stay in Savannah nice!

Ok but do not recommend
Traveled for a family vacation.
1. Heavy construction in the hotel, the smell was absolutely horrible throughout the floors.
2. Parking was a nightmare due to construction & over capacity.
3. Breakfast was limited and overpriced.
4. Room was not cleaned prior to arrival. I requested for service, manager was aware and requested cleaning but did not receive the service.
5. When the cleaning staff cleaned the room on our last day, the staff disposed of my personal soap. They were not able to replace it and provided me with a soap that completely dried out my skin.
Overall, do not recommend.

I think the property has potential and it is under construction. My bad for not looking that up, because their website clearly stated it. However, my room door was difficult to get to latch and once latched shut, the electric lock wouldn’t function; like the key wasn’t programmed. Our fridge made loud/odd noises and the sink doesn’t drain. Parking is crazy inadequate. This am, people were parked just anywhere. The breakfast buffet was ok. The staff is sweet

Not a great stay
When I booked this hotel it didn’t mention hotel renovation. There was no pool and the hotel was under major construction. They only had half of the parking available and no A/C in hallways. Also, construction started loudly around 8 am during the week.

DO NOT TORCHER CUSTOMERS IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE..!
This hotel was undergoing considerable renovations; as a result of this, there was NO access to the swimming pool; NO access to the exercise room; the public hallways had NO A/C and very HOT. My 87 year old mother is disabled; I requested an ADA accessible room on a LOW floor, we were placed on the 5th floor (522). NO ADA room. Mom needed a step ladder to access her bed..! I was ROYALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL. The hotel should have been CLOSED FOR RENOVATION…! Period. PS - I want a refund..! You shouldn’t do this to your loyal consumers..Al Lindsay, Architect

We were very disappointed that the pool which is still advertised on their website was demolished. We’ve stayed here before and were very disappointed that there was no pool.

I never did get a room key due to some sort of power outage. The front desk guy let me in my room. He was very nice. The property is in bad need of an update. Furniture in the lobby was stained and dirty. Not far from the hospitals.
