It was an amazing experience staying at The Village Heart hotel. The location is near the safari entry gate. The food was very tasty (especially Gatta sabji). Pohe in the breakfast was also very good. The owners (Gulshan ji and Vinayak ji) were very kind and very helpful, they were just a call away anytime you need them. A must revisit place as per my experience. The room was decent. There were electricity cuts, but that was something they can't control, so no complaints. Power backup was there.

The rooms are very small with very basic arrangements. The service and the food were not bad, though. The best thing about the place is the distance to the Entry Gate (Zone 1 to Zone 5) of the safari. It is in Sherpur and is walking distance to the Entry Gate. There was no water in the room, a water container was kept at the reception. Basic amenities like e-kettle, tea , coffee were not there. The shower in the washroom was non-functional, though hot water was available through a geyser.

Location is good, food excellent, amenities good and services excellent. However you charged rs 2500 for 1 night whereas property charged rs 1630 only. Thus you charged much higher than property value.

The main usp if the property is the distance from the ranthambore national park. It is situated in a village area but the connectivity is good. Rooms are decent and clean. All basic amenities are available. Overall a good experience. You can enjoy in house food prepared by the owners family which is the best part.

No electricity hole night, even morning also. Very bad experience and in totality not to recommend to any one and never will stay in this property. Totally wastage of money. And due to electricity we have stayed in one room only
