Had a wonderful stay here whilst up in the area for a family engagement. The hosts are amazing, kindly waiting up for us as we couldn’t get away from work sooner. We were greeted with tea and cake, which was top notch. The room was well presented, the view from the window very pleasant, with an impressive flower bed. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were happy to provide a sultana loving man with some for his porridge. Cracking fried and poached eggs. If you’re in the area and need an overnight stay, I would highly recommend The Old Presbytery.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at the guest house in September just before the owners closed down to take a long time off to do some touring of there own. The guest house was like taking a step back in time as a lot of the interior was in a time warp which was fantastic to see. The rooms were clean and tidy and had the necessary items for a good stay. The breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked meal to order. The outstanding feature was the friendly manner of the owners and the efficient way they ran the house. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. **We wish Christine and Chris all the best for the future**. ☆Happy Travelling☆
