Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa by IHG ★★★★
"The view was really nice, and I was satisfied with the hotel service. Breakfast and dinner were okay. It's a hotel worth visiting at least once."
Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort ★★★★★
"Great and amazing experiences!"
Sahab Resort and Spa ★★★★
"Hotel location is easily accessible and within a convenient distance as it is placed within the center of Sayq Village. As the hotel is situated more than 2000 meters above sea level, it is a perfect getaways from souring heat during summer. The hotel ambient is so inviting, that is because of the hotel staff's very accommodating, friendly, and responsive attitude. In the room we stayed, it is very relaxing, spotlessness clean, very hygienic, and with well-maintained bathrooms. Food is so flavorful, thanks to Chef Angel Orbino - who has a gift in bringing out mouthwatering and aroma-rich taste menus. Price point is very affordable in consideration of the services provided and other amenities like Wi-Fi, pools, very wide viewing area of what nature can offer and food."
Jabal Akhdhar Hotel ★★
"Since I cannot hand out 3,5 stars (above average), average will have to do for now. Jabal Akhdar hotel is.... well, it's a bizarre place. The hotel is comfy enough, with ok rooms, nice beds and thick blankets (it gets cold there!), but the overall feel is... India meets Arabia. The cupola in the dining room must be the weirdest thing anyone would ever dream of applying to a hotel: its fake plastic 'scenery' peeling away ever so slowly. But, the staff (all Indian) are friendly enough, the food is good and the massala chai is a welcome alternative to tea and coffee. Yes, it definitely is an eyesore, but I kind of like it!"
The Suwgra Heritage Inn ★★★
"The moment you turn off the tarmac road you embark on a real Omani adventure. Dramatic hair-pin bends provide the perfect vantage point to take in magnificent panoramas of the mountains. The team are on hand to transport you bags across the valley via cable car when you arrive and guide you through the village to your room. It is a truly remarkable setting where the family take real pride in explaining how the community came together to realise this project. In the evening they tell you the story and explain the history of the village before the delicious Omani dinner on the terrace. We enjoyed spending an entire day exploring the village, tackling the cliff walk, roaming the wadi below and taking lunch that was freshly prepared for us. It was such an incredibly peaceful location that felt you were gaining a real insight into Omani culture."
Jabal Al Akhdar Grand Hotel ★★
"The hotel is high up in the mountain, a good place to stay to see Diana view point and it’s rather cold up there."
dusitD2 Naseem Resort, Jabal Akhdar, Oman ★★★★
"Had an incredible stay at Dusit! The hotel and services were top-notch, and a special thanks to Hamood at reception for his outstanding hospitality and warm support. Highly recommended!""
