Poor room ever! we get there a bit early so we can't check-in at the moment so we asked to leave our suitcases there for a few hours but the staff said no because we are not in a tourist group.
the light it seems broken after we turn-off (we slept with this green light as the picture all night) this floor is -3, bad air, the room has a musty smell. ghosts are around. and the most thing i can't accept it' s the bathroom they did't clean it i saw poo in the toilet i wanted to throwup, very disgusting! sorry for the bad review but I'm telling the truth.

poor wifi(you have to pay fro premium wifi and can only have access to free wifi in the lobby)
plenty of space in the lobby and bar and restaurant but no extra room for luggage that's utterly ridiculous
limited vision for seaview and the window is dirty feel like I’m living in a tower

Good place to stay. This hotel is really near the ocean, you can see sunrise at hotel or on the beach. Definitely will book if I come to Scarborough again.

This hotel gets a lot of bad press and some of it is a little tired the evening meal was a bit lacking but not awful breakfast couldn't be faulted it was great value for money the building is amazing and l would go again

Good things...reasonably comfy bed, iron in the room and decent price.
Bad things... Check in took far too long. Sink in room was blocked and we asked if we could store 1 small case for a couple of hours but was refused, probably one of the biggest buildings in Scarborough but not enough room for a small bit of luggage. Bath was ok if you are the size of one of the borrowers
