"Staffs were friendly, and services were good but the hotel is old and needs some repairs. However, the location is wonderful, and the hotel had arranged movies for kids, bingo night and a dance night show to entertain families, so we spent both evenings in the hotel. The movie and dance nights are free to attend, however, you have to pay for bingo. Overall, it was a reasonable place to visit with family. They had a full English breakfast, but I didn't enjoy it because I am Gluten-free."

"We had a small issue with the twin bed upon arrival, but the front desk staff resolved it quickly and was very kind. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The sea view during breakfast was beautiful and made the morning especially enjoyable."

"The hotel is very large, so I understand it can be challenging for the cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness everywhere. However, I noticed that the pictures online look a bit nicer (spotless) compared to the actual condition. Room 244 had an extra heater, which I really appreciated — it was the best part of the stay, as the room stayed warm and comfortable during the night. That said, there was some dust on the bedside table, and the toilet was not very clean. This was actually the first time I needed to clean the toilet seat myself in a hotel. I also noticed that some rooms seem much nicer and better maintained than others. The staff service was okay, and I found the breakfast very convenient — it saved me time before going out to visit places."
