We booked this property because there was no availability for other accommodations. The property is old and needs to be completely renovated, the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows felt like slices of cheese (they brought two more after requesting them), the television did not work, the bathroom had a broken shower tray; the room smelled of smoke (evidently the previous guests had smoked). The room was dirty with dirty sheets (if you can call them that). Behind the property there is a ghostly iron shed. The pool is not like the photos, it is small and this also needs to be fixed. A terrible experience that should never be repeated. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Consider other options even spending a little more if you can.

To say horrible is an understatement. Dirty stairs, non-existent customer service, non-existent breakfast, dark parking and a very noisy restaurant underneath, very dilapidated outside but there is a beautiful view of the sea. Be wary of going to this establishment.

The only positive note is the location of the hotel and the breathtaking view of the beautiful Bue Marino coast. The rest is really approximate and dilapidated. The quality/price ratio is very low. Rubbish hotel.

The location in which the hotel is located deserves it, facing the sea. As for the rest, non-existent, the building is a structure in terrible condition, the services are non-existent, as are the staff. The swimming pool, small, but overall in good condition and an outlet for a short relaxation. The rooms, renovated without much pretension, are clean and air conditioned, the Wi-Fi does not reach all areas of the building. The rear part of the hotel overlooks an "abandoned" warehouse and a rustic and poorly maintained area.

Hotel well located near the center and with sea view. Unfortunately the structure is located in front of an abandoned warehouse and it seems like entering a barracks as the rooms are terraced with the rear entrance. Poor environment and cleanliness...unfortunately we had to change location also due to the presence of ants in the room.

Upon arriving, the impression is terrible: there is no sign indicating the hotel, the ground floor of the structure (which overlooks the swimming pool) is in ruins, at first I thought I had ended up in a dump. In reality the rooms are only on the first floor and have recently been renovated. The cost, given the classification of the hotel, seems a little high, however it is adequate for the real quality of the accommodation. The equipment is complete (there is also a fridge and a coffee machine with pods). There are some details that could be improved, such as the rusty shower bottle holder, but the cleaning is adequate.
