"Super satisfied! The front desk service was warm and efficient, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The room was spacious and clean, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful lake view. The 'Sweet Dream Bed' was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the Changde rice noodles were absolutely delicious! The 24-hour gym and pool facilities were fully equipped, making for a fantastic experience. The location is also very convenient, close to Wanda Plaza, making dining and getting around super easy. I'll definitely be back!"

"Let me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak."
