"First off, it's well-known that Hong Kong hotels have a 3 PM check-in time. I arrived around 1 PM, and to my surprise, the front desk lady saw an available room and let me check in immediately. The service was very thoughtful and patient, as she introduced the hotel's dining options and facilities. The room was very clean and well-maintained, not at all like a hotel that's been open for many years. The breakfast buffet on the third floor was excellent, with a great variety of food suitable for all kinds of people. This stay was a very good experience, highly recommended."

"I cannot say that the photos of the room are not of the rooms, they definitely are. But wow, this hotel hired an excellent photographer to take these photos! They really know their angles and lighting. This hotel is fine for staying overnight before/after a flight, but I would not stay here for any other reason. I would also look at other options before booking this hotel again, as I didn’t think it was very nice. Pros: - close to airport - there is a free shuttle bus to/from the airport - The AC worked fine - shower was good - I had prepayed and they didn’t ask for a 500HKD deposit, which I was expecting - staff are polite when you finally get to the front of a line - The room is clean Cons: - The rooms are small and nowhere near as nice as they look in the photos - The queue to check in was awful. They need to open more counters to deal with the large numbers of people since they are constantly running shuttle buses. Late at night this was such a big negative that it honestly soured the whole stay for me - The bed is hard and not very comfortable - They provide a reusable bottle for water which you have to get from the corridors. This is apparently a government thing, but the bottles really gave me the ick. They had a tag on them saying they’d been cleaned. But given the standard of this hotel I wasn’t keen to trust it I paid around 500cny for 1 night, which I thought was a good deal. After staying there I think it’s kinda expensive. Yes it’s convenient to be near the airport, but the environment is not nice. My return flight is also late at night, and I considered booking this hotel again (before staying there). The price was over 3000cny for that night though, so I didn’t book. If I paid that much for this quality of hotel I would be very upset. Remember that the hotel being 4* relates to the facilities it has, it doesn’t mean it’s a nice hotel. The hotel has a pool, gym etc, but this is not an advantage for most people, as I assume they’re just having a quick overnight stay. To the hotel, Arriving at the hotel is when people will make their first and lasting impression of the hotel, so you should really try to improve the check in process and reduce lines. If there is a quick and smooth check in, people might focus on the negatives less."

"Beautifully designed, very classy decor. Smooth check in and the staff crew were very helpful. The first floor check in area, the library/sitting area was relaxing with lots of design and art books. The room is small but well designed with good flow. The only thing is that the space in the toilet is quite tight. It’ll be difficult for taller travelers. Good location, Plenty of restaurants near by."

"We booked a room with Grand Club access to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Having experienced club lounges at various hotels before, the Grand Club here truly made a lasting impression! - Warm & Attentive Check-in at the Grand Club (Special Thanks to Kylie) Upon our arrival at the Grand Club, Kylie welcomed us with a radiant smile and exceptional politeness. Her check-in process was flawless and professional - a 100/100 service! Knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion, Kylie thoughtfully upgraded our room and arranged a lovely mini cake and red wine. The room was bright and offered a gorgeous balance of half city view and half harbour view, making us feel utterly relaxed. - Afternoon Tea & Evening Cocktail (High Praise for Joey’s Professionalism) The Afternoon Tea served light bites including sandwiches, fruit, macarons, canelés, scones, and puffs etc. Although the selection was slightly more concise than expected, the quality and taste were delightful. During the Evening Cocktail section at around 6:00 PM, the Grand Club was packed. While we were in line waiting, a guest became quite loud and unreasonable, complaining about not being registered or offered a drink. Joey handled the situation with unbelievable composure and grace. Despite the guest’s rudeness, Joey remained exceptionally polite and professional throughout. Immediately after resolving the issue, she walked over to arrange our welcome drinks and even took the time to introduce the name and origin of the white wine I wanted to try. Her attentiveness and crisis handling were deeply impressive! - Gym Facilities & Grand Café Breakfast We also visited the open-concept 24-hour gym in the evening, it was well-equipped with a great variety of machines. Breakfast at the Grand Café offered a broad and fresh selection of food. If we had to share two tiny pieces of feedback: we were a bit sad to find no hash browns (a breakfast favorite!), and some of the pastries were quite large - making them a little smaller would allow guests to sample a wider variety. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip. Huge thanks to Kylie, Joey, and the Grand Club team for their heart-warming hospitality. We will definitely be back!"

"Convenient transportation, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a delicious and varied breakfast. It's located right inside Citygate Outlets, near the airport. There's a bus terminus and Tung Chung MTR station right at the entrance, which is incredibly convenient. You can take bus S1 to the airport, directly to Terminal 1, in about 10 minutes. The MTR takes about 40 minutes to reach Hong Kong Station and IFC in Central. Getting to Disneyland is very easy with just one MTR transfer. The 360 cable car to Lantau Island is also within walking distance. Dining and shopping are super convenient, though the restaurants in the mall can be a bit expensive, and it's a bit far from the city center. There's direct access to the mall from the 3rd-floor elevator."
