"The hotel is new and well-equipped. The laundry room is especially helpful, allowing for quick washing and drying of clothes after playing in the water. The scenic area entrance is a convenient six-minute walk away. The front desk representative, Xiao Zheng, was very helpful and assisted with late check-out. The Guniujiang scenic area was even better than I'd imagined, especially during the National Day holiday, when the scenery was stunning and not crowded."

"It is the most famous hotel in the scenic area. It is a bit like a resort. The rooms are in villa style and the layout is very simple and elegant. The scenery inside the hotel is also very good. When you open the door, you can see green mountains, blue sky and white clouds. There are a lot of green plants and a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel is very careful to pre-order incense, both indoors and outdoors. The service is very thoughtful. Luggage will be delivered to the room by a car and waiter. The housekeeper will lead the guests to the room and introduce various facilities and services. There is a small river at the entrance of the hotel. Inside the hotel, you can play in the water without going anywhere else. When we left some things when we were leaving, we were notified in time and the things were sent to the luggage storage point. If you are not in a hurry, you can stay a few more days and relax. The hotel restaurant will be full quickly during holidays, and the local farm dishes next to it are also very good."
"This stay experience is directly full! It is worthy of the whole season, from the lobby to the room details are comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the log style design was particularly relaxing, the bedding was moderately soft and hard, and I had a super stable sleep. The details of the washing area and tea table are very intimate, the scenery by the window is also very healing, and even the lights in the corridor make people feel very at ease. The service is also very thoughtful, the response is fast and does not disturb, it is a hotel that people want to stay repeatedly, highly recommended!"
"Come over during the summer vacation, the unit price is almost 570+ on Friday night, and 650+ on Saturday night. This guest house is indeed very common in the summer vacation, but the price and facilities and services are not in line. I stayed at the hotel on the first night. I felt that the room was large and not bad. Then we booked a double bed. Because we brought the baby, we moved the twin bed together. The bottom of the bed was dirty. This is a common problem in all hotels. I also understand it, but the room came to clean up for us in time, and the customer service did not stop saying that it was not allowed to move the bed. Then we took a bath towel at night. . I found that the bath towel was flopping. This is my instant goodwill, but this is not the main reason for my bad review. It may be a problem of collecting quality or washing method. Then I brought the children's fresh milk to put in the refrigerator, and found that there was no refrigerator in the place reserved for the refrigerator. . . The next day, we left the room to go out to play, just came to the cleaning and asked if we wanted to clean, we clearly needed to clean. We came back after a day of playing, the room did sort out, such as the quilt, but found that the bath towel was still the bath towel used last night, we put it on the railing behind the door handle (the hotel does not have dirty clothes and dirty bags), I am already speechless here, Then let the customer service send two new bath towels. Follow us to brush our teeth and find. . . The disposable toothbrush has not been updated (his toothbrush toothpaste is still inferior, the toothpaste is in a bag, so I will use it sooner or later). I really can't have a bad look. I called the front desk customer service. . . That phone is not easy to use, and I can't hear it intermittently. . The only comfort is that the uncle in the room is very charitable, and the room was rushed in time when the phone could not be heard. The overall service and supporting facilities can't keep up, and the heat and price in this place have not kept up. Although the front desk and guest rooms are very good, they found that the operation team is not very mature and many details are not in place."

"My stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always responding promptly to requests and showing genuine care and patience.
