"If you like to find a quieter and slower city outside of Taipei City, this hotel is perfect for you. It is still at the centre of Banqiao business district, so if you like to explore the local neighbourhoods and small eating places, you will have to take a taxi for about 10 minutes. Amazing view and amazing facilities on the higher floors. The prestige room is huge and the toilet has two basins, which my wife really appreciated, so we can wash and clean our baby bottles separately. They also provide a baby cot."

"Didn't feel like it was good value for money. The hotel's location is really great, but the facilities are quite basic. The room isn't very big, but it's clean, probably because it's an older hotel. The front desk service attitude was really just so-so and definitely needs improvement. And here's the main point: you have to pay a deposit to stay at this hotel. Speechless."

"The hotel is in a great location, it has a lot of potential and you can tell they have spent a lot of money on the fit-out but I would say whoever is the general manager has not come from an international hotel brand and they just made everything so confusing with so many rules and procedures. I booked a room rate which meant I couldn't check in until 8pm which is like what a love hotel would do. I mean if they want to be a premium hotel why would you even offer this. The dry cleaning is a nightmare with free underwear and socks cleaning after two days but only one pair per day and and only this and only that and you have to use a special bag. Why make everything so confusing. I'd rather just pay for the laundry then learn all the rules. The tap in the bathroom is like a designer tap and it's extremely difficult to adjust the temperature and turn on and off. Outside all of this the electric curtains are nice, the remote control that controls everything is very good, the nano jet bath tub is nice and the sound bar in the room is nice but not so nice when your neighbour has it up super loud so you can hear it from next door. The lobby is weird, feels cold and empty with nowhere to sit and a pool and empty spa. I did enjoy my stay but I'd probably stay somewhere else unless I could get the deal super cheap but the whole place felt a bit of a miss."

Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and tidy every day. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of international and local options that are constantly replenished. The location is very convenient, close to Shilin Night Market and the MRT, but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Facilities such as the rooftop pool, fitness center, and lounge area give a real luxury resort feeling. Overall, this is a fantastic 5-star hotel in Taipei, and it is easy to recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality service and comfort."

"I had a wonderful experience at S-aura Hotel. I was particularly impressed by the reception staff, who were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was fantastic—spacious, spotless, and completely dust-free, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, situated right near a department store, making it very convenient to travel around and do some shopping. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taiwan!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient; turn right out of the hotel, and the subway station is just a three-minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven behind the hotel. From my room, I could see the National Police Agency of Taiwan's Ministry of the Interior, which looked simple, solemn, and full of historical significance."

"Great breakfast, like many other guests have commented, not a huge variety but they have all the necessary ingredients for a filling breakfast buffet and all food taste good! Swimming pool and gym are both comfortable and huge The only problem is it isn’t too close to the metro but I come here for business trip so it’s fine for me"
