"The location is very convenient, with Starbucks, convenience stores, and fast-food restaurants all nearby. However, communication with the receptionist was quite difficult. I stayed for four days, and when I called to request a shower gel refill and a bed sheet change, they only replaced the towels each time. The bed sheets were quite old and had several stains. The air conditioning worked well, but the remote control didn’t seem to adjust the temperature properly. The shower had hot and cold water, but the temperature was inconsistent and difficult to balance. The room lighting was also too dim. The Wi-Fi was generally fast, but it wasn’t very reliable, as there were times when the connection became unstable. Overall, I still had a good experience, and I think the hotel offers good value for the money."

"The environment is really great, the room is spacious, and it even has a large balcony, a big bathtub, and a smart toilet~~ My family was very satisfied!! The lobby is magnificent and opulent. We didn't get to explore the secret passages due to time constraints, but we'll definitely come back next time..."

"It was located fairly conveniently, there is a bus that would go from Taoyuan Airport all the way over to a bus stop about 10 min walk away. It’s quite close to bus stops but if you want to ride the MTR, you would need to walk about 15-20 mins. The place is very clean, there is a family mart 2 mins away, and if you need parking there is an underground parking lot which cost additional fees to park, it also fills up at night, so if you need it, let front desk know in advance."

"The hotel's location is great, not far from Taipei Main Station, making transportation very convenient. It's also just a seven or eight-minute walk to Ningxia Night Market. However, for some reason, the lights in the executive room were difficult to turn off; I had to try multiple times. The cleanliness was quite good. The front desk staff were also nice; they told us that because of the high floor, the water pressure might be slow to build up, so we should run the water for a few extra minutes before showering. But when we used it, the water heated up quickly, no problem at all."

"The location is really convenient, with easy access to Ximen Station and Ximending. However, my stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped. There was some refurbishment going on, and I could also hear quite a lot of noise from the room next door. The bed was clean but the pillows were very flat and looked quite old, with some yellowing. One of the bath towels had a hole in it. The mattress had sunk in the middle, so I did not sleep very well. The staff were also not particularly friendly, and some of them spoke quite abruptly. I understand that the hotel is very busy and has many guests, but overall, the experience was okay. To be fair, I chose the hotel mainly because of the price, so perhaps I should not have expected too much."

"The Z8 exit, which connects directly to the subway station, is right in front of the hotel entrance. However, there are no escalators, making it incredibly difficult to carry heavy, large suitcases up. It's actually more convenient to use the escalator at the K12 exit in the opposite K section and then cross the street. The room I stayed in this time had a great view and was a good size, not too small. However, the refrigerator wasn't cooling at all, so it wasn't suitable for keeping water, beer, or other drinks cold. It probably needs repair or replacement. The hotel is within walking distance of Ximending and conveniently located for using Taipei Main Station. The Airport MRT station is also close by. Overall, the facilities are clean. As for amenities, only basic toiletries are provided, so you'll need to bring your own personal hygiene items. Room cleaning needs to be requested by filling out a form and submitting it a day in advance. You can pick up complimentary bottled water from the 4th-floor lobby. Towel changes and trash removal can be requested on the same day. Usually, if you inform them before you head out, they'll take care of it while you're gone."

"We absolutely loved our stay here at the Westgate hotel!! The room was spacious, had a great view!! A 2 minutes walk to Ximen station on the blue line and right next to the pedestrian walking street! There were street performers almost every night, cool shops and restaurants right outside your door. The staff were so warm and welcoming!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Green World Zhonghua and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei. The hotel's location is excellent. It is directly opposite Ximending, making it easy to explore the shopping streets, restaurants, and local attractions on foot. There is also a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs, and the entrance to the MRT underground station is just outside the hotel, making it very convenient to travel around Taipei. The room was comfortable and met all our needs. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Our flight was delayed until midnight, and they kindly helped us extend our room until late evening, which made a huge difference to our travel experience. Their willingness to accommodate our request and their friendly, helpful attitude were truly appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. With its unbeatable location, convenient transportation access, and outstanding customer service, Green World Zhonghua is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Taipei. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip."
