"This was my first stay at this hotel, and I found both the facilities and service to be excellent. It's understandable to wait for a room during peak season, especially since everyone is traveling during the summer holidays. Cryin Zhang, the assistant lobby manager, served me and clearly communicated how long I'd need to wait for my room card. The service was consistently attentive and discreet. The hotel lobby offers complimentary mineral water and lemon water. Most rooms are on higher floors with fantastic views, and you can even see the ocean and scenic area from the lobby. Its downtown location makes it convenient to go anywhere, and Fisherman's Wharf is beautiful for photos. Choosing this place for my trip was truly worth the money. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. A big thank you once more to Cryin Zhang!"

"This hotel deserves a perfect score! As soon as we arrived, a staff member proactively helped us with our luggage. The front desk was very efficient and even thoughtfully informed us about breakfast times. The room had excellent natural light, was spotlessly clean throughout, and had no strange odors. The mattress and pillows were just right, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. There's 24-hour hot water, and both the air conditioning's heating and cooling worked powerfully. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options and a supermarket, making getting around incredibly convenient. Winnie from Guest Relations provided excellent service, thoughtfully arranging our room and promptly responding to any issues during our stay. For the same price point, the quality here far surpasses other places. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I genuinely recommend it to all my friends, and I'll definitely book here again next time!"

"This hotel is really comfortable and so close to Yangma Island. Both the facilities and services are excellent. On our second day, one of my friends overslept and we were in a rush to catch our ferry. When I asked a staff member in the restaurant if I could pack two croissants, he immediately handed me several to-go boxes and urged me to pack some hot food for my friend to eat in the car. I was so touched! I'll definitely choose Huanghai Hotel again next time. I absolutely loved the hotel breakfast; I've even attached some photos of the restaurant. Just one question: why are all the rooms designed to have a side view of the sea? The 'full sea view' is actually from the corridor window, haha!"

"I've been a Ctrip Black Diamond member for many years and have stayed at countless hotels, but I rarely leave reviews because I'm too lazy. However, this hotel truly deserves a five-star rating and my time. The front desk staff was very professional during check-in. The hotel is right on the beach, which is uncrowded and perfect for families with kids. Room service and food delivery were incredibly fast. Even with the breakfast queue, they managed everything very well. The dinner BBQ buffet was much better than what you'd find at many star-rated hotels in Sanya. A special shout-out goes to the red-uniformed hostess at breakfast today – her crowd control was excellent! When there was a queue, she insisted that anyone with a table must have someone from their party come to collect them, no exceptions, even for foreigners. She treated everyone equally and made sure everyone queued properly, unlike some other hotels, like the XXton, that kowtow to foreigners and practice double standards. This hotel and that breakfast hostess deserve a huge commendation today!"

"One of the best hotel i ever stay in Yantao.. really value for money. I spent like 60 rmb to get a free upgrade room with good view. Seriously the best value hotel I ever stays. Location is accessible with Bus. Its abit far from the main tourist place but that the reason I booked here to enjoy the local market and culture. Will definitely come back"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk into the south entrance of Chaoyang Street. The exterior of the building is adorned with pandas in various poses, making it a great spot for photos. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped, with smart control throughout via Xiao Du (a smart assistant). My only minor complaint is the limited number of power outlets. The breakfast is quite good. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right on Chaoyang Street, which is super convenient for shopping. The apple crisp from Guanlan and the apple pie from Yuetai are absolute must-buys – freshly baked and incredibly delicious! If you walk a few minutes north, you'll reach Yantai Mountain. There aren't any shared e-bikes nearby, so you'd have to rent one. A taxi to Yantai Station costs about 6 yuan, and it's very convenient to get to nearby attractions like Suochengli and Dongpaotai."

"My trip to Yantai was incredibly fulfilling, largely thanks to the thoughtful service and support from the Hilton Yantai Golden Coast. The family room we booked was excellent; the east-facing bathroom, being sun-drenched, perfectly addressed the issue of drying clothes in the humid weather. It was absolutely perfect and deserves to be highlighted first! Secondly, the hotel's dining facilities and scenic views are top-notch. They provide convenient access for guests arriving by car, ensuring there's no feeling of awkwardness or constraint, which is also a big plus. Especially as someone who worked in hotel management years ago, I particularly appreciate, from a guest's perspective, the comfort and satisfaction derived from the actions of managers and service staff. This also deserves praise! Furthermore, the smiling and attentive service from the hotel's room floor staff was spot on. They anticipated guests' needs without being intrusive. The provision of drinking water and linens was timely and plentiful, truly showcasing the excellent management of the Hilton group. It lives up to its reputation. Finally, the hotel's location in the old city is very convenient, being close to Yantai Mountain Scenic Area, Chaoyang Street, and the First Bathing Beach. It's also centrally located for trips east to Laishan and Yangma Island, or west to Golden Beach. It's not far from the high-speed rail station either. Aside from potential traffic when leaving, everything else is great. Nearby, the Changyu Museum and Clock Museum are worth a visit, and for dining, I recommend Fulaigi. In summary, although my Yantai trip ended a day early due to unforeseen circumstances, even after the order status was modified, the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable!"
