"I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by one of your hotel staff members, Ito-san. During my stay in Hirugami No-Mori, Ito-San went above and beyond to ensure that our experience at your onsen/hotel was a memorable one.
Despite the language barrier, Ito-san's attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in navigating the area made a significant difference in my stay. Her use of Google Translate to communicate with us was impressive and demonstrated her dedication to providing top-notch service.
I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills, which were evident in every interaction I had with her. Her talent is remarkable, and I hope that your hotel will continue to support and develop her professionally.

There are many parking spaces, delicious food, good onsen. Good service, lovely staff Full score for people who like this kind of atmosphere. And still not far from the garden Hanamomo nosato peach blossoms like simplicity. Beautiful flowers, good location Traveling, we drove from Nagoya. It takes about two hours. A good day to see peach and cherry blossoms around 20-27 April. You will see these two flowers blooming together, and there are other yellow and purple flowers to admire."
