"The hotel is very grand, featuring a spacious, elegantly decorated lobby with a distinctive centerpiece of purple-pink cockscomb flowers. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by staff who took our luggage, escorted us to the front desk for check-in, and then delivered our bags to our room. The front desk staff were highly efficient, making both check-in and check-out incredibly fast. We had booked a room in the tower and were pleasantly surprised to be assigned a high-floor room with views of the Imperial Palace. Even though there's an elevated light rail line directly below with trains continuously passing, we only perceived minimal noise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast is served on the 17th floor, the top floor of the main building. While the selection wasn't extensive, it more than made up for it with delicious food, excellent service, and superb views. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Hibiya Park, the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, and Ginza. It's also about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which was perfect for a post-dinner stroll to digest. We had a truly delightful stay."

"Staying at a 5-star hotel in Tokyo for just over 800 [currency implied], with rooms exceeding 20 square meters, truly offers exceptional value for money. The breakfast spread is incredibly extensive and delicious. This has essentially become our go-to hotel whenever we're in Tokyo; my wife has even declared that this is where we'll be staying exclusively from now on! The entire Toyosu district feels very new and modern, and it's conveniently located right opposite the Senkyakubanrai complex."

An exclusive sanctuary high above Japans cosmopolitan capital Aman Tokyo is Amans first urban concept hotel situated adjacent to the Otemachi Forest. Offering birds eye views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks the hotel features a serene Aman Spa and a peaceful inner garden. Surrounded by engawa a wooden feature dividing the inside and out the soaring lobby rises nearly 30 metres. Aman Tokyo is a monument to the modern-day Japanese capital - a place where urban dynamism is tempered with serenity. Perched above the Tokyo skyline the private dining room and boardroom are perfect for both on- and off-duty occasions.

"I rarely give all five stars but Aman Tokyo definitely deserves it, I told携程 it was my girlfriends birthday and they prepared a cake and wrote a note for us, it was amazing service all around, I was kinda expecting a normal view and a regular five star hotel room for a way more expansive price, but Aman Tokyo definitely went way above my expectations, the view is simply ten times better than it is online, it was a bit hard to find the entry if you walk but over fantastic experience, however the breakfast I recommend Japanese style over America style, America style is not as good."

"The room was incredibly spacious, a real rarity in Japan. Hilton and Hotel Nikko are conveniently located on opposite sides of the subway station. What truly drew me to the Hilton was its generous balcony; I found the extra 50-meter walk compared to Nikko completely worthwhile! The room was impeccably maintained, breakfast was good, and the rooftop pool and outdoor hot springs were fantastic! At this price point, I highly recommend Hilton Odaiba."

"When using the Skyline at Narita Airport, it is very convenient as it is 2-3 minutes from the station. Check-in and check-out are mostly self-service, and the staff provides a simple explanation. Breakfast includes egg rolls, salad, ham, sausage, rice, curry, bread, juice, and coffee. The place is small, so there is some inconvenience of having to wait. I stayed in a double room, but the room was a bit small. I could barely fit one large suitcase. I was assigned to a room with a very good view, and it was very nice to see the lakeside park."

Combining the excitement and enterprise of Japan’s capital with the intrigue of its history and culture, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi is where the city’s eminent business district and the tranquil gardens of the Imperial Palace meet. On floors 34 to 39 of Tokyo’s foremost commercial tower, our ultramodern, spacious guest rooms and suites capture the area’s urbane energy and sophistication, while leading-edge amenities including a sky-high terrace and four globally inflected restaurants round out your experience of the city.

"The location is opposite the Imperial Palace, and there is a subway just outside, but the surrounding environment is very ”business”, so if you don't like the office atmosphere, choose carefully. The concierge is fine, there is a small front desk on the first floor, and the actual lobby is upstairs. The public area is not very large, but the room is OK, the living room and bedroom are well separated, the cloakroom is a separate space, and there is a separate bathroom. The view of the gym is not bad."

Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya is situated in the heart of vibrant Shibuya where business, entertainment and shoppings are all located. The hotel is part of the major redevelopment projects in Shibuya and it has a direct access to JR Shibuya station and the rest of Shibuya via pedestrian overpass. With the ease of access to Shibuya station, it will broaden the range of possibilities.

"We had a very bad experience when checking in.  The Japanese lady staff was arrogant and had very rude attitude.  This is very rare in Hyatt properties.  Other staff were okay but don't expect too much.  The room is generally clean except with hair left over in shower from previous hotel occupants.  At night, we were woken up 2-3 times with some cracking nose.  Not sure if it was wood or metal bending repeatedly.  If you are deep sleeper, then it's ok.  Otherwise please think about it.  I was attracted by the location and Hyatt brand.  But price can tell you there is no free lunch."
