"As soon as we entered the door, they handed us scented towels for wiping hands and served a drink similar to a mojito. All the staff were extremely polite, making us feel very comfortable. The hotel has a post - industrial style. Since the floor height is over three meters, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable to live in. Later, we extended our stay one more day. The hotel's greenery is very beautiful, with many flowers whose names we don't know. There is also a small swimming pool. it's just a short walk to the bar street;Moreover, the street to the right when you go out of the hotel is full of restaurants, bars, billiard halls, and a 7 - Eleven. When we were leaving for the airport, I simply found a transportation service on that street and booked a ride to the airport at 9 o'clock the next day. It cost 10 dollars per person, and they picked us up at the hotel. I sincerely recommend choosing this hotel when you visit Siem Reap."

"Extremely good place to stay! In terms of price/quality, this is so far the best place I have ever visited! My friend and I paid for 2-bed room (like in the hostel: 2 levels), but the price per night cannot compare with any other place. And everything is very neat and modern there! Also, on the roof, they have a swimming pool (again, it was a huge surprise for such a low price), and there you can order a cheap and very tasty breakfast (3-5 dollars for the set). And the location... Right nearby Pub Street, National Museum! Overall, I could highly recommend the place to anyone."

"Superb hotel which is made even more accommodating by fabulous staff that go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay. Location: 3 minutes walk from bar street and market area which is close enough not to hear any of the night time noise yet be in the middle of the wonderful Siem reap night scene. Perfect proximity for myself with a young family. Hotel: medium sized hotel well maintained and very clean. Pool is good sized and perfect for to chill out after a long day at the temples or markets. Rooms are excellent quality and perfect for my family. Staff: Top marks for the staff, truly an unforgettable experience and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide. The service surpassed anything I had ever experienced, staff would be there immediately when you arrived at any point In the day with cold towels and water for your convenience. They were forever helpful with any requests and would always go above and beyond to ensure your stay was perfect. This is an outstanding hotel team and made the stay 100% better as we felt like part of the family. Food: Breakfast menu has lots of variety and we tried most during the stay and all were great quality and very tasty. Set menu was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Khmer set to taste the local cuisines. The hand made nuts they have for sale and also come free with a drink from the bar are moreish and I had to purchase 3 bags to take home to keep my family happy. Overall… I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wishing for a comfortable and homely stay in Siem Reap who doesn’t want the chaos of the city centre but still wants to be close enough to easily walk there and back for shopping/food/drinking. "We had a great night stayed at this hotel, on the day we checked in they introduce some tour arrangement for angkor temples tours and Cambodian circus, the place we interested was Angkor wat temple, we spent a half day from 1:30pm till 5pm with a small tour, in the evening after dinner, we decided to book the circus, and of course it was available for us. it started from 7:30pm till almost 10pm, It was so amazing about it. It so great and the staff at the hotel they spoke English fluently. Thanks for great services."

"Very good hotel. Breakfast is good - but there are only very limited things on the buffet... most things need to be ordered from the menu. We didn't realise the first day that you could order multiple things off the menu, so we initially thought that the breakfast was tiny and rubbish - but once we realized you could order multiple items we enjoyed lovely breakfasts every day. The rooms are great and the big pool is fantastic. Free massages with the rooms were phenomenal."

"Clean boutique hotel that feels nice. We heard the noise some complain about, but it was too faint to bother us or interrupt sleep. Love the location. Near 7 Eleven. Great restaurants with a free Apsara show at 7PM. Next to pub street and night markets."

I cannot emphasize this enough but the hotel location is AMAZING! it is only a short walk away from the old market, pub street and the Riverside. "The Hiri hotel stands out in all categories as a modern hotel with Cambodian authenticity. The rooms are well sized, impeccably clean, comfortable air conditioning, ample lighting, relaxing beds and assessable bathroom/shower facilities. The rooms were equipped with writing area, small refrigerator, laptop sized safes, and coffee pot for instant coffee. A key bonus is the roof top pool and bar. Both are new, clean, and beautifully designed. Located on the 5th+ floor the bar has one of the highest city viewpoints with a cooling breeze. Best suited for solo and couples. Families would be better suited in area with less traffic and more from land space. As in all of Cambodia, sidewalks are directly adjacent to streets and used for parking creating blind spots. This is similar to many other countries."

"Our stay at People by the Community was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. They even arranged an airport pickup for $35, which was a convenient start to our trip. The only minor issue was that we couldn't get connecting rooms, which would have been ideal for our family. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would have extended our stay if possible. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siem Reap!"
