"This hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, shopping areas, the famous Black Pork Street, and many seafood restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and the water pressure is great, but there are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or disposable slippers provided. The front desk staff's English proficiency is average; for more in-depth questions, we had to use a translation app to communicate effectively. However, everything else was fantastic!"

"【Convenient Location】Getting here from the airport is easy: just take bus 600/601 for three stops and walk a short distance. A taxi is also affordable, probably around 20-30. There's a shuttle bus back to the airport; I didn't ask for the schedule, but we happened to see one at 8:50 AM that was scheduled to depart at 9 AM. Public transport, convenience stores, and restaurants are all easily accessible. While it's not as bustling as the area near Shilla Duty Free, it’s a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to get there every day. 【Facilities】The hotel might be a bit older, but it's very clean and tidy. Everything is provided except for toothpaste and toothbrushes, and they give you two bottles of water daily. The slippers are a bit thin, and they weren't replaced during our extended stay, but you can ask the front desk to send housekeeping. The outlets on the desk are compatible with Chinese plugs, so no adapter is needed. The only drawback might be the bathtub; it’s only partially enclosed, so water tends to splash out when you shower. From a standard room facing the airport, you can watch planes take off and land. 【Service】Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, and the cleaning ladies always greeted us with a smile. Housekeeping was very quick and polite when delivering items! I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is quite new and boasts an excellent location, directly across from Shilla Duty Free and only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Lotte Duty Free is also roughly a 10-minute walk away. The Korean front desk staff I encountered were all very friendly and could speak some Chinese. I was initially worried about the toilet smell mentioned in other reviews, but on the 11th floor where we stayed, there was no odor at all. There's a door on the first floor that leads directly to the adjacent KFC, and a Haidilao hotpot restaurant on the 5th floor, where hotel guests get a 20% discount. We tried the breakfast on our last day, located on the 6th floor. You pay at the restaurant's front desk: 26,000 won for adults and 17,000 won for children. The selection wasn't huge, but the taste was decent, though refills were a bit slow."

"This hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, right on the coastline. Downstairs, there are many lively seafood restaurants, all eager to attract customers. We ended up choosing the red tent restaurant across the main road in front of the hotel because it looked less crowded. Their seafood ramen and clam soup were excellent for warding off the cold (heavy on the black pepper - 16,000 KRW), and the regular instant ramen with seafood (8,000 KRW) was also delicious. I ate it two days in a row because it was so good and reasonably priced. During our two-night stay, there were huge waves and strong winds on the second night. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the coastline. It's very convenient to ask the hotel to call a taxi for you when heading out. Just across from the seafood ramen place, you'll find 'Black Pork Street,' and if you walk further inland, you'll reach Dongmun Market."

"We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel . Smooth chekin , the receptionist do speak English (basic) . The room is spacious , comfy beds, great showers, toilet with bidet. Our room was ocean view , we can see the beautiful coastline . Great location near. Shopping areas within walking distance, There is one convenient stores at the ground floor and a supermarket is also within walking distance ."

"Check-in was pretty smooth. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise – the 39-degree water felt just like a hot spring, and my kids loved swimming every day. **Facilities:** The room facilities were just okay. The sink drained very slowly, and the shower tended to overflow. The room size was decent though. **Hygiene:** Aside from the first day, for the next two days, they only made the beds, emptied the trash, and replenished bottled water. Nothing else was tidied up; everything was left exactly as we’d left it. Even the mouthwash cups weren't put back in place. I'm not sure if this is the standard for Grand Hyatt. **Environment:** It was alright. The 2nd floor has an entertainment complex, and the 3rd and 4th floors have a mall. However, the mall's environment was quite 'abstract' – I couldn't tell if the products were genuine, so I didn't dare to buy anything. **Location:** The location is great, quite close to Baojian Road, with plenty of food options nearby. Just a side note: the hotel offers a free shuttle bus every half hour, which is very convenient. The hotel is also very close to the airport, so if you miss the shuttle or don't want to wait, a taxi is also an option – it's about a 10-minute ride and costs around 6,500 KRW."

"This was my second stay here. It's right in the city center, only a 5-minute walk from Baojian Road. If you turn left when you exit, you'll see a CU convenience store right at the intersection, which is super handy. The front desk staff were very thorough in explaining everything. "The hotel room was very spacious. Looking at the floor plan, it seemed to be a room type where there's only one per floor. I arrived at the hotel a little after 4 PM, and only rooms on the second floor were available. My request to change floors was unsuccessful, so I just let it go. Each room only comes with one key card, and it wasn't possible to get an additional one. The power outlets in the room were too loose; nothing would charge when plugged in. Luckily, I had a universal adapter and managed to charge my devices using the power strip next to the TV. The blinds in the room were far too sheer; I was woken up by the light around 6 AM. Also, the motion-sensor light by the door turned on about seven or eight times in the middle of the night. Overall, besides the large room and nice view, there were quite a few drawbacks. On the bright side, the hotel's sea view was beautiful, and the coffee shop next door was excellent."
