"This hotel is really great and super convenient. You can take the elevator directly from the subway station up to the skybridge. The front desk staff were very nice and communicated well in English. They even let us check in early. The room itself was well-equipped and nicely decorated, with an oven, cutlery, and plates. It also had two power outlets that are compatible with Chinese plugs, which was a nice touch. Check-in was seamless, and the overall environment was excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Seoul. It offers great value for money."

"Stayed for 7 days, it was exactly like the picture. Very clean, cleaned every day. You can get drinking water as much as you want. The location is very good, it was in the center of city, easy to find. I liked the bathroom very much, it was big and with the bidet, it was actually difficult to find a hotel with such a room in Seoul. If I go again, I will definitely choose it again"

"Staffs excellent. Only downside is there isn’t any air conditioning in the bedrooms. Being Malaysians, a country that’s warm and hot all year long, there’s a reason why we traveled to Seoul during winter and expected that our hotel bedroom has air conditioning too. That’s the only downside as we have to sleep in stuffy and warm conditions for the whole 12 nights."

"Located conveniently, this hotel has contemporary design that felt more like stepping into an art gallery than a typical hotel lobby. Check-in was efficient. Everything was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long days of walking around Seoul. The front desk staff were bilingual and always ready with helpful. He allowed us to check in earlier as we arrived from our early morning flight. Situated in a fantastic area in Itaewon, we had immediate access to trendy restaurants, nightlife, and world-class shopping. The closest subway station was a short, easy 7 mins walk,  making it simple to explore areas like Myeongdong and Hongdae. The Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel is highly recommended for design-conscious travelers, It provides comfort, style, and fantastic access to the city's pulse."

"Despite its location in a bustling downtown area, the hotel offers a remarkably quiet environment. Convenience stores and self-service instant noodle shops are right next door. An airport bus stop is incredibly convenient, located just 20 meters from the entrance. Cheonggyecheon Stream is also only a few minutes' walk away, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a jog."

"The hotel is located at Chungmuro subway station, there are many eateries nearby the hotel and a few convenience shops just few steps away from the hotel. Walking to Myeongdong is abt 10-15mins just turn right and walk straight all the way from the convenience shop outside the hotel. Bottles water are provided everyday and unlimited for you to take at the Main lobby. Overall we love the hotel, but the cleanliness of the room floor and stained sofa in the room is not up to my expectation. Was somehow disappointed that the bath tub was quite dirty also so my kids didn't get to use the bath tub this trip. Thankfully, the hotel allow us to store our luggage while we were away for Busan and return after 3 days. The staff are very friendly and polite too."

"A grand and spacious hotel with nice environment and good amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel has K Limousine Bus stop to and from Incheon International Airport."

"The room was big with a good decoration having cleaning service everyday change towels everyday but they dont have any amenities provided for you. Just only shower gel shampoo and hair conditioner. The sink was too small you cant put anything on it for your makeup and skincare routine. The toilet is great with the automatic warmers seat. The bed was ok and cleaned. The balcony is very big you can watch a nice view from it. The space in the room is big enough to open-up 2-3 big luggages. There were 2 water bottles given daily they have trolley that can be borrowed from the lobby. The location was not so good because it far from convenient store and need to walk around 10mins to subway stations. But the good thing is it very quiet and private."

"Absolutely loved the hotel, i went on my first solo trip and this hotel was perfect for it, although it says seoul station, the nearest station is sookmyung women's university station which is on line 4, closest exit is exit 10 you can take the lift or the stairs. Since it is on line 4 its only 1 stops to seoul station and 3 stops to Myeongdong which makes it super convenient. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, the hotel room i booked had a bathtub which of course i made good use of each night!. I loved how i was able to connect my own netflix to the tv. I think maybe the down side to it is that since its near seoul station you do hear the trains pass by often but its really a minor thing. Definitely will stay at this hotel again!"

"The service was just okay, nothing special, but the staff were polite enough. However, nobody at this hotel speaks Chinese, which was a significant drawback. For roughly the same price, I could have stayed at Paradise City for two nights instead. Out of the three hotels I stayed at during this trip to Korea, this was the only one where I had to wait until 3 PM for check-in. I originally chose it for its proximity to Lotte World, hoping for convenience after a long journey, but my experience was just average; I didn't feel any added convenience or enjoyment. I also mistakenly thought the hotel would have a lively, Disney-like atmosphere, but there was absolutely no vibe. The lobby was also quite small, one of the smallest I've seen in a hotel. In contrast, when I arrived at Paradise City around 2 PM, there were even performances in the lobby, and I was able to check in immediately. At another hotel, I arrived around 12 PM and was also able to check in right away. All these hotels were similarly priced, and this one was even slightly more expensive. There's nothing that makes me feel this hotel is worth staying at. To be fair, the room view was decent, but the overall experience is what matters most. Having to wait until 3 PM to get into the room, while other hotels offered early check-in, left a very negative impression. Even though there's a 'Wonder Door' with direct access to Lotte World, it's only for a single entry and exit. You can't check in early, nor can you return to the hotel mid-day to rest and re-enter the park. If you plan to visit a night market nearby, you'll still need transportation or a walk. The small lobby and lack of atmosphere mean there are no real advantages here. I might as well have stayed at another hotel where I could have checked in earlier and rested. My post-stay experience was not pleasant; it was mediocre at best. I wouldn't stay here again, and I don't recommend it."
