Scenic Hotels in Genting Highlands

"Absolutely beautiful unit that's well interior decorated and has plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Multiple televisions, one in each room and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is beautiful and the make up of the unit in general is amazing, gave my ideas for my own apartment. Easy self check in/ out service and host was on call when needed. Parking - unfortunately theres no free parking. We paid on average RM22.50 a day for parking which is kind of insane. Wish there could be reduced parking at least. Location is a bit tricky as its great to go up to genting by car. Only a 5 minute drive to the attractions, but to come back to the apartment by car you need to drive down and mountain and come back up at Chin Swee temple whichll take about 15 - 20 minutes. There is the direct link bridge that'll take about 20 minutes by foot to walk to Skyworld which is great. Restaurants and stores are slowly opening up downstairs which is good for necessity or a coffee. We were unlucky as it was raining the entire 4 days we were there and couldn't enjoy the views at all. The whole time it was foggy and we had a wall of white fog. Extremely windy if we opened up the windows to the point we had to close the doors. Sheets are not the highest threat count abd can be a little scratchy, but hopefully, as it washed more, it softens up. Some dust around the area and lint but may be because the unit hadn't been rented out for sometime. Overall the stay was super pleasant. Took advantage of the washing machine and enjoyed the unit. Bmafter 2 days in genting we spent the other 2 chilling in the unit and enjoying the space."

"Honestly from 2bedroom (bathtub) we change to 3bedroom(jacuzzi) suite because the washing machine no water. So far both of the room awesome, biggers compare to skyworld genting hotel. With the price i get RM388/night. Got balcony,washing machine,iron+board,netflix,Lap Pool,fun pool, arcade room(need to pay per game, RM1/1coin). But for us, problem only when we stay at 2bdrm suite is w.machine not functioning but got bathtub.. and when we go to 3bdrm suite the problem is diffrent, w.mchine functioning but we cannot use the jacuzzi because the heater in bathroom masterbedroom is cannot installing yet and No bathtub. Plus one of the room is leaking so got smell in that room So far the kitchen cuteleris, pinggan mangkuk sudu garfu pan is good. In 3bdroom not microwave but got OVEN In 2bdroom no OVEN but have microwave My agent is NobleNest. Antara hotel by Noble nest The facilities start from 7am-10pm The office staff start from 9am- 5pm Deposit RM200 Will return latest 6pm after checkout Parking Fees for me start 2pm- 12:40pm RM21.20 Will get free parking after the review around 3day later. Near to grand genting hotel U will antara- grand -skyworld hotel naik lagi ada signata hotel. Nearest is skyworld but i would suggest u to stay at antara because skyworld resort hotel NO parking slot. They not provide parking But antara got parking."

"Check on my photo u know it is superb. The room, toilet, and everything else are tip top. Maybe one thing, the receptionist ( he looks like manager level, 3pm shift), might need a bit smile when dealing with check in, looks a bit angry bro lol. The rest of the staffs are very helpful throughout our check in process."

"Thank you for the excellent hostality for Geo Hotel to their Guest Relation Officer Check in Staff Syazwan, their humble head Chef Zack fm Prata section and the Chinese Chef plus another Malay Chef which we forgotten his name , their inhouse breakfast team GM and swrvers Mr Ismeil , and MR Rizal the guy whom helped us to book 2 grab taxi for us on our check out daty on 27/6 and the house keeping teams whom clean room 511. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the security personnel makes us safe to stay at the hotel on 24/6 to 27/6. The swimming pool was also safe and my kids love it. Thumbs up pf the excellent service to the us. We will surely come again and stay at the hotel. "⚠️ WARNING: THIS HOTEL IS OVERRATED DUE TO TRIP.COM’S RATING SYSTEM – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ If this hotel were a car, it would be a flashy Italian model with serious build quality issues. The best thing about this hotel is the price. RM200 for a king bed on a public holiday felt like a steal. Driving in from SkyAvenue, the road was dark, but the brightly lit parking area gave us high hopes. Check-in via the self-service kiosk was smooth, though finding our room was confusing due to the odd 5-digit numbering. Thankfully, the concierge guided us. First impression of the room: it matched the promo photos. But our excitement ended quickly. The door wouldn’t lock properly and kept beeping. A technician came, hammered the strike plate, and fixed it—hardly reassuring for security. Next came the bathroom. Many reviews mentioned a bad construction smell, and they were right. The shower drained poorly, leaving a strong concrete odor as water pooled. The kitchen looked impressive with plenty of cabinets, but surprisingly had no power sockets near the counter. I had to boil water at the desk instead. The TV was another letdown. Supposedly “smart,” it had no internet or channels. I tried everything—resetting, power cycling—but there was no Wi-Fi option at all. So much for Netflix night. Design-wise, the room looked sleek at first glance, but flaws showed up everywhere: paint splatters in the bathroom, noisy metal racks, and tile flooring that picked up every footprint. The next morning, the sunrise over Genting Highlands was breathtaking—arguably the highlight of our stay. Exploring the hotel, we found most shops, including Hard Rock Café and the rooftop, closed with no operating hours posted. Facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and kids’ zone were open but overcrowded due to the holiday. We skipped breakfast as it wasn’t included. Checkout was quick and smooth. Looking back, the real problem isn’t management, but poor construction quality that doesn’t reflect in typical rating categories like cleanliness, service, or location. The place looks good on the surface, but corners were clearly cut in development. I really wanted to love this hotel—the concept, location, and price are great. But unless management addresses these quality issues, the high ratings are misleading."

"This is not our first stay here at this property. The main factor of this property became our monthly trip at least once a month, for 3 nights. The calmness bring clarity to me as a blogger/writer. There are 3 restaurant or more, 2 convenience store, parking lot, golf course, swimming pool, cool lounge area, mini open cinema at the lower lobby. Separation from guest area and lobby area make it more unique. Morning time always my favourite."

"The hotel was clean but the I found some hair under the bed linen, I have nose allergies also during the stay, not sure is it the dust cause nearby have some construction in progress, the TV is not a smart tv but can share screen, and the location I feel is acceptable because is near to the restaurant that I wanted to go, we choose to use grab to go to genting, the breakfast was very nice with the price I feel worthy"

"Expect an average property and service, a bit over hyped and very much over priced for the value. The building is new and the mall below is still opening. If you are not a Malaysian you will struggle to pay for the facilities (bowling or golf ), they expect you to do a bank transfer and no TouchnGo or cash or card payments are accepted. Some teething issues probably because it’s still being setup, the locker was not working. The rooms are ok, the second bedroom is very small, you can hardly walk. The shower is basic. Not anything that you expect to see for the hype of a luxury apartment. Interestingly we found someone’s forgotten clothes in our room, we doubt if they do a proper cleaning also before giving the apartment to the new clients."
