The only flaw is have to walk down the stairs to get to B1 of Resort Suites to get to the correct lift lobby. Only on the last day was I informed by the security that I can actually take the carpark lift which linked level 1 and B1 of sunway pyramid hotel. Key collection is hassle free, instructions are clear to collect and return keys. It’s very convenient to walk to Pyamid Mall, which is linked through pyramid hotel. Just at level 1 u will see Din Tai Feng and even Hai Di Lao Hotpot."

There's no reception counter and you have to call the number in your voucher the person in charge to give you your key. The room is spacious and good for 3 guests. Do not lose your key after six pm because that guy who checks you in won't be there anymore until the next day. Just within the hotel is Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, one of the best in Kuala Lumpur."
