"Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel, and I'd give it a 4-star rating.
On the positive side, the breakfast was outstanding – not only was there a wide variety, but some menu items changed daily, keeping it from feeling repetitive. The front desk staff were warm and friendly during check-in. The hotel lobby also had a pleasant fragrance, making for a great first impression. We even got a room upgrade on our second stay.
However, there are a few areas for improvement. On our first night, we were given a room on the third floor that was incredibly damp; even the bedding felt moist, which meant we barely got any rest that night. The situation improved once we moved to the 7th floor, but our initial experience was definitely affected.
Additionally, we could hear planes flying overhead at night. However, given the hotel's location near Nimman Road, this is generally typical for the area, so I don't see it as an issue with the hotel itself.
My last point was a bit unexpected. Check-in was very smooth, but during check-out, the staff asked us to wait downstairs for 5 minutes so they could inspect the room. Most hotels these days rarely do this, so it felt a bit outdated and affected the efficiency of the check-out process."
