Stayed here for 3 nights recently. 30 min walk from City Centre. Horrible suburb. This review is more about the area than the hotel. Dirty, noisy streets. Would never walk the streets at night on my own. Hotel was just ok, bed was clean and shower was good. That's about it really. Cleaning or something going on upstairs at 4.45 am. Furniture being moved. Reception staff not very friendly or helpful. Don't think I'll visit Belguim again!!

I just arrived at the hotel and I'm exhausted 😔😔 The hotel staff told me to check into my room first and that I didn't need to tip, as they felt it was only right for them to help my family. I did pay for the service, though! Good morning, everyone, thank you!

Far from the city center but close to Brussels-North Train Station. The one-bedroom was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with windows that could be opened. The stove, kettle, refrigerator, pots and pans are fully equipped, and the wifi is good.
