This hotel is very fancy. It's clean and modern. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, and the bedding was very comfortable, but there was only one lonely coffee cup - nothing in the bathroom for a glass of water for example. The room had a very small mini fridge, safe, and coffeemaker, but no microwave. There was a microwave in the ice/vending area. The lobby, which is open to the first 6 floors, was playing a subtle beat music nonstop, and this could be heard just inside the room as well. It felt like I couldn't get away from the hustle and bustle and just retreat into a quiet place, because opposite the noise from the hallway was constant highway noise coming from I-90! The hotel fitness room was top notch, and the pool was very clean and extra large - both excellent! I would stay here again because I was attending a convention that will likely be here next year as well, and it would be inconvenient to stay elsewhere and then have to drive to the convention each day, but otherwise would not choose this hotel.

I was unimpressed with this overpriced hotel. There was no daily housekeeping ~ the room is only tidied once per four nights. As I was there on business it would have been nice to come back to a tidied room for this price. Breakfast was poor and lacking imagination. If you are planning to use this hotel on vacation don't! It is a business hotel on a business park, miles from the city & stores.

The location is very good. Although it is not in the city, the surrounding shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets are very full. If you want to go to the city, it will only take 40 minutes and 20 minutes from the airport. The environment is very good. You can add a baby cot and have free parking.

The King's room was very spacious with a large and comfortable double bed. Typical American buffet breakfast with a variety of varieties, including both sweet and salt food (marmelade, toast, bagel, cabbage, pancake, waffles ...) We visit Schaumburg several times a year for mini-vacations. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area, and this was our first time staying at a Fairfield Inn. We will definitely be coming here again. The kids voted this our new favorite. They really liked the pool. The breakfast buffet was really well put together and fully stocked (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc...). The last two times we were in Schaumburg we stayed at the Holiday Inn near Medieval Times (used to be a Radisson), since that is one of the main things we come to do (and the kids like being able to see it out their window). For the same price point though (technically Fairfield was cheaper), I'd prefer this hotel over almost all others in the area we've stayed at. I personally appreciated some of the ”little” things, such as actually having a shower curtain (many hotels seem to be going to the open glass concept, which is ridiculous). The beds were very comfortable, and I love that they actually use fitted sheets (even some higher-end hotels we've stayed at used flat sheets all around). The television was great and we were able to connect our Netflix account without a problem, and they also had free Showtime. The free wi-fi was free, but next time we'll probably try the paid wi-fi since it was very slow compared to other hotels' free service (we were unable to play even the most basic online games on our laptop or tablet, or even download small updates). Other than that, highly recommend this place and we will be returning soon.

Really nice rooms and bathrooms. Very nice entrance and fast service! There are no refrigerators in the room but there’s a small coffee maker. I thought it was a great place for a good price!! I didn’t have enough time to check out the exercise room or pool. It is centrally located to the mall and restaurants!

Aside from the noisy garbage truck early on a Monday morning, it was great! Comfy beds, clean rooms and a bartender willing to use his phone to google drinks! Lobby was well kept. We used our daily Hilton my way perks to have a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Nice added perk, I always try to stay at Hilton properties. Only complaint was the cable tv sucked, the guide didn’t work and channels were labeled HBO were actually Showtime…so not a real big deal.

Stayed here over New Years Eve because I needed to be in town for work. I specifically chose this hotel because I noticed the outdoor grills and firepit. I called the hotel prior to booking to confirm that at least one of the grills would be available. They were typically closed for the winter but one was available. Rates were a little higher on NYE than the following night but, overall, the prices I thought were quite reasonable. I had 316 and it was great. Spacious, good lighting coverage, comfortable and modern. Very large television so I could plug in my computer and watch movies. Refrigerator and microwave but no stovetop, and the room also had an assortment of dishes, glassware, mugs and utensils - and a dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and when I wanted to use the grill to cook up my steak, the manager came out to light the fire and even provided me with a grilling utensil kit. Very Nice. Breakfast on the morning after New Years Eve was a madhouse. The hotel was quite booked. The food was decent. Certainly not a gourmet meal, most of it was commercially prepared items (like the preformed omelettes, which were kinda tasty), I think there was a waffle maker but that was overrun by families. I had the oatmeal with some dried fruit and orange juice. Nice.

Last min leisure trip. Hotel staff friendly & professional even provided band aides for a cut suffered prior to stay. Hotel parking lot is poorly situated so be prepared to walk. Closest entrance to parking lot is along the side but if your arriving after dark you need a key for entrance which is great for security but bad if you’re using a mobile app key…it simply doesn’t work. The elevators are shaky to put it mildly, but will get you to top floor. Our room was clean and everything worked. The AC/heater was loud when it ran. The staff do a great job in keeping this older property going.

We have stayed at this Marriott several times over the last 18 months, and have consistently had a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. Umberto, one of the bartenders, always remembers our names, and our preferred cocktail! On out most recent stay, I need to mention Jeremiah who checked us in at the front desk. My reservation was was for a standard room, but as a Gold Elite member, I was entitled to a complimentary upgrade on a space available basis. When I initially inquired about the upgrade, Jeremiah was concerned they were full, but he cheerfully checked the system and found us an upgrade on the Club Level and even gave us access to the M Lounge, all included along with our original reservation. Jeremiah did a phenomenal job taking care of us, and he is one of the several reasons we’ll continue to stay at this property.

I was unimpressed with this overpriced hotel. There was no daily housekeeping ~ the room is only tidied once per four nights. As I was there on business it would have been nice to come back to a tidied room for this price. Breakfast was poor and lacking imagination. If you are planning to use this hotel on vacation don't! It is a business hotel on a business park, miles from the city & stores.

Stayed here over New Years Eve because I needed to be in town for work. I specifically chose this hotel because I noticed the outdoor grills and firepit. I called the hotel prior to booking to confirm that at least one of the grills would be available. They were typically closed for the winter but one was available. Rates were a little higher on NYE than the following night but, overall, the prices I thought were quite reasonable. I had 316 and it was great. Spacious, good lighting coverage, comfortable and modern. Very large television so I could plug in my computer and watch movies. Refrigerator and microwave but no stovetop, and the room also had an assortment of dishes, glassware, mugs and utensils - and a dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and when I wanted to use the grill to cook up my steak, the manager came out to light the fire and even provided me with a grilling utensil kit. Very Nice. Breakfast on the morning after New Years Eve was a madhouse. The hotel was quite booked. The food was decent. Certainly not a gourmet meal, most of it was commercially prepared items (like the preformed omelettes, which were kinda tasty), I think there was a waffle maker but that was overrun by families. I had the oatmeal with some dried fruit and orange juice. Nice.

I stayed here with my family during our travels to Schaumburg couple of weeks. The location of the hotel is great, next room a huge mall. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We enjoy our stay here and will definitely stay again in the future and I recommend my all friends and family.

This hotel has several important points: 1- Located in Schaumburg, close to Chicago's Ohare Airport. 2- Free parking. 3- Quiet place. 4- Large bedrooms 5- Free breakfast, good, tasty. 6- Excellent value for money 7- Access by free way to Chicago or Aurora 8- Mall nearby 9- Very comfortable and large bed All of this ceases to be important when he asks for help from the administrator Mrs. Balli, delicate, kind and ready to help woman. If you want a bigger surprise, meet Bianca, she is friendly and always attends to you immediately with a smile and efficiency. All staff members are very kind.
