The hotel doesn't understand the definition of "hospitality." Dinner is served no later than 8:30 PM. Due to traffic on the highway, we arrived slightly late (8:00 PM). When we called the hotel to say we'd be late for dinner, they told us the chef had already gone home. So we paid for a dinner we never received... There was no discussion, compensation, or conversation possible. Our room wasn't 100% clean and the bed was uncomfortable. We do not recommend this hotel.

This place is absolutely incredible! The scenery is a reason enough to make a visit, however the lodge and its facilities, staff and food also make this place well worth a trip! The lodge is a great place to relax and unwind, while being in the most beautiful scenery. The surrounding walks/hikes are also incredible with breathtaking views and wildlife along the way! The town Kufstein itself is also worth a visit on its own, both places are so authentic and unique! The walk up to the lodge takes about an hour with fantastic views, take your time to enjoy them! The value for money is beyond fantastic and I could not recommend this place enough if you are travelling to Europe and enjoy the outdoors!

I made a booking for a one night stop-over for my family (two small kids). The booking was made a few days before the trip and I cancelled it 3-4 hours later when I realized that we had to walk for an hour up a mountain to get to the hotel. The description at *********** says “not more than a 30 min walk” which was acceptable to us. However the reviews said about one hour walk and when asked the hotel confirmed 50 min is expected. This difference is significant (double the time) and the information provided is misleading. Based on that I requested a cancellation without a fee, this was ignored by the hotel who drew the fee from my account without answering mails. Poor service and not trustworthy. Note: I haven’t stayed at the hotel so it might be nice place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Berg'k'hof Kaisertal. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and the food is tasty. We also eat the best Kaiserschmarrn and pizza at Veitenhof. We were able to upgrade to the Alm Hütte, which is an unique experience. We can’t wait to come back.

Wir hatten wundervolle drei Tage in diesem Gasthof und sind begeistert.🤩 Alles hat einfach gepasst - vom super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Team bis hin zur Sauna. Das Zimmer (7 :) ) war spitze und wunderschön. Das Hotel ruhig gelegen und trotzdem war alles sehr gut zu Fuß und mit Hund erreichbar.🐕🥾🏞️ Besonderen Dank an die Küche, denn das Essen war einfach himmlisch🥰. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fam. Ich hatte von meinen Arbeitskollegen einen Gutschein für zwei Personen und zwei Übernachtungen als Geschank erhalten. Dort war schon ein Termin eingetragen. Die Umbuchung auf meinen Wunschtermin um Juni hatte "Florian" noch noch vorgenommen, wenn auch kurz angebunden und schon recht unfreundlich. Krankheitsbedingt konnte ich die Reise jedoch nicht antreten. Meine Frau hatte ihm das einen Tag vor Reiseantritt noch per Email mitgeteilt. Nach meiner Genesung habe ich widerholt versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, per Kontaktformular auf der Homepage, per Email, per Whatsapp und auch telefonisch. Frolian verweigert nun jeglichen Kontakt. Der Gutschein wurde im Vorraus bezahlt. Das Geld ist ihm wichtig, die Gäste ganz offensichtlich nicht. So etwas unfreundliches habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt.
