"We wrote an email direct to the hotel & asked for a room with a direct view to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The hotel has upgraded us to the best room with a direct view to the castle, it was a suite! It’s definitely the best room available.  The Reception Lady is very friendly and helpful.  However the room amenities are very poor except liquid bath soap no others are provided ( no shampoo, no body cream, no shower caps etc ). We received welcome drinks vouchers but it can only be redeemed between 18:00 - 20:00, no soft drinks, no coffee, no beers! I assume, it’s a pitfall so the guests would have dinner at the same time."

"The receptionist was very welcoming and proactively gave me the taxi number, as you can only call a taxi here because Bolt doesn't cover the area. The cabin was cozy, a bit small, but suitable for two nights. It's near the lake with beautiful scenery, and about 5.5 kilometers from Neuschwanstein Castle, which is reasonable. However, taxis here are extremely expensive, costing over 20 euros one way for just 5 kilometers. The hotel has a restaurant, offering pork chops and steaks; I had the pork chops. Overall, the idyllic countryside setting makes experiencing a Bavarian autumn cabin quite lovely."

"This is a restaurant and hotel all in one. The restaurant on the first floor, and the guest rooms upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don’t know if the parking spaces across the road belong to it), and it should be first come, first served. There is a pretty good supermarket about 100 meters away. It is very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, only three or four kilometers away. The location is still very good. There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If I remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and there was no need for air conditioning."

"The location is excellent, you can directly see Neuschwanstein Castle, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle Hill. It was very enjoyable to sit in the restaurant on the first floor and look out at the Neuschwanstein Castle. The waitress in the restaurant is very considerate and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is also good. Has its own parking lot."
