We came to the Heidelberg area to visit friends and wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Heidelberg on the weekend. We made an excellent choice. We enjoyed a comfortable room with a balcony sitting area overlooking the castle grounds. It is in a quiet neighborhood, a close walk to the castle and restaurants. We woke to the sound of birds singing! The staff was friendly and gracious and happy to assist. The breakfast room was gorgeous, and we had a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, cappuccino, fresh fruit, a variety of cheeses and a choice of juices. We couldn't ask for more. The Italian restaurant is next door, by the same owner, but unfortunately was booked on the weekend. (a sign it is popular) I highly recommend it.

De kamers zijn basic, maar zeer verzorgd. Het ontbijt is heel goed en men komt persoonlijk vragen om een ei, of spiegelei, of spek met eieren voor u te maken. Jammer genoeg geen lift, maar het hotel telt slechts 3 verdiepingen. Ik zat op het t****e en een heel gemakkelijke trap leidt je naar je kamer. Geen vervelende elektronische sleutel maar een eenvoudige sleutel helpt je om je kamer open te krijgen. Je hoeft dus ook geen kaart in een apparaat te steken.

In diesem Hotel war ich bereits zwei mal zu Gast und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die ansprechend renovierten Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Neben der zentralen Lage bietet das Hotel ein exzellentes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Abendessen haben wir im sehr guten zum Hotel gehörenden italienischen Restaurant eingenommen. Für eine Übernachtung in Schwetzingen kommt für mich kein anderes Hotel in Frage.

Fortunatamente i materassi e i cuscini erano morbidi e abbastanza comodi. Piccolissima reception. La camera al primo piano si raggiunge con una strettissima e ripida scaletta. Faticosissimo salire con le valigie. Il ragazzo non mi ha aiutato nonostante io abbia una certa età. La camera piccola e caldissima con balcone che dava su piccolo parcheggio.
