Portman House
"These are allegedly serviced apartments except there is no service. No staff on site to be seen Rooms not made up."
Valley View Motel
"Booked at late notice, sight unseen. An older motel with the cleanest bathroom I have seen in a while, a shower you can actually get wet in. Did not use room service, but nice touch was a squeegee for guest use cleaning windscreens in the morning, first time I have ever seen this and it is a great idea. Beds were comfortable and air con worked, all you need for an overnighter"
Strathearn Park Lodge
"Beautifully appointed rooms. Gentle and elegant olde worlde country feel. Superbly spacious with complete privacy. I have to give 5 stars because it exceeded expectations, however, the breakfast was unremarkable - unless of course you are a fan of the typical English big breakfast, then you're on a winner! Peter, our host, was like a longtime friend and extremely helpful and kind. This place is his passion and the little touches, like lavender bubble bath and candles by the spa, say volumes about the care he takes. The heated indoor pool has skylights that let beautiful natural light flood in, and the grassy stretch between the pool room and dining room was perfect for a lazy morning. I highly recommend staying."
Colonial Motor Lodge Scone
"Overall this was a great experience. Room was a great size"
Reflections Lake Glenbawn - Holiday Park
"It's a beautiful place but choose your time wisely. We went over easter school holidays and it's very busy and hard to find a spot. Had one camper who decided to leave their generator on all night. Also a few groups who were partying, but generally quietened down by midnight."
Scone Motor Inn & Apartments
"We had a lovely overnight stay in Scone in a quiet and spacious room with a very comfortable firm bed and a great shower. The staff were welcoming and there was plenty of storage. Short walk to the town and shops. We would definitely stay again."
Inn Scone
"Had a great short stay. Loved being close to the town centre and within walking distance to everything I needed to get to. The owners Jacki and Mike were so good to deal with and so helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Just loved the style of the room. All in all it made my experience of visiting Scone that much better. Would love to come back when the Scone Cup is on!"
Airlie House Motor Inn
"Shower was terrible. Just dribbled, temperature went from freezing to boiling randomly. Totally unacceptable. Room was basic otherwise, but clean. Location is OK, but then nowhere is far in Scone! WiFi was very slow."
