Check if the deposit refund to you when you check out, they didn’t refund me on two stays! Two times

Room was big, but poor use of space and poor lighting. Barn door for bathroom door and it did not fully close. Very little lighting by the bathroom basin. Felt like shaving by candlelight. Needed extra towels, but had to go to the lobby after asking several times. Asked housekeeping to make up the spare bed. Instead, they dropped off some sheets in a plastic bag with no pillows. Food from the prior stay was still in the carpet in the corner of the room. Full bar with very friendly bar staff. Morning coffe was lukewarm.

Booked another room for friends! It got slightly cheaper when we booked later interestingly! Wonderful location and they helped us get a side by side room despite two separate bookings

Great stay. Close to ocean line and visited interesting flea market.

Very close to Silicon Valley, convenient for steam train rides, and not far from Monterey, recommended

I have been to Santa Cruz for many business trips... I stayed at Four Points for the first time. The hotel facilities are decorated in a traditional style... It has a retro flavor! The guest rooms and bathrooms are very large...but there are no toiletries except towels...Maybe foreign hotels now have environmental protection requirements! The sound insulation is not very good...the sound of opening and closing the door in the next room is clearly audible...this is the biggest drawback...everything else is okay!
