Age minimum 26 and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'. *Effective 1/9/2022 $1000 incidental/noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violations. - The pool can be heated during the winter months for additional fee, when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures for an additional fee. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. Pool temperatures are set for the 87 degrees, but as the temperatures drop, so do the pool temperatures. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
