Good overall. High pressure to sign up for a time to go to a timeshare presentation. The kids pool/splashpad needs fixing. Bucket doesn’t fill or dump, squirt guns don’t work, and the double slide was detached from the platform so it was roped off. Super clean water in all 4 pools. No trash anywhere. Nice kids activities

Customer service was not good. My room was dirty and when I told staff they just said oh sorry. The pool longers on the kid side of the pool are rusted out I layed on one and fell cut myself on the rusted back of the lounger cut my finger and was just offered a bandaid. My family had 5 rooms and thats the service that was given.terrible terrible never again.

The entire property was beautiful and well kept. We had the 2 bedroom villa again, and loved how spacious it was. Very clean, and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We spent most our time in the pools. Nice to have a lot of options and our son loved the slide.

Fun place for family, staff is friendly, and parking isnt bad. The Bad.. The place is swarming with mosquitoes and our hotel had dozens of them flying inside. My son is highly allergic and got bit in the face multiple times causing me to take him to Urgent care. Now his face looks like a large black eye and I have a medical bill.

Cantina under staffed. Took 45 minutes to get food after ordering. Would be helpful to have lifeguards up to pool closing to keep control of the teenagers in kids pool area.
