Liz the receptionist is rude! So far! It’s okay I’ll forgive her if she does her job in a better manner. Pamela is lovely though! 5* Check in is at 3 so I’ll have to wait around all day and with my Autism Spectrum Disorder I just feel unsafe in a hotel like this, because I’ve been abused in travel lodges and NO one HELPED ME!

The rooms was 100% we will be deffo be coming back. Its so welcoming. Sally checked me in. She is so lovely and kind. The two housekeeper was lovely who was working that day. Helped me get into my room as I was struggling. Think the names was Hayley and yana? Am not 100% sure it was the names sorry girls but lovely staff I would 100% recommend to stay 😊

I would definitely recommend scunthorpe travelodge. The lady on reception Sally was so helpful. The girls who was cleaning on Monday was very kind. They super busy that day but still helped me carry my bags down the stairs. The housekeepers do a fantastic job. My room was spotless. The hallways smelled lovely. Thank you scunthorpe travelodge

It was a wonderful experience the staff were exceptionally helpful and a joy to speak with they wereable to assist in a multitude of ways and the room was comfy and well presented being clean and fresh, all in all the experience was a quality one.

Went to a show so stopped here as I always find Travelodge to be great value. Had a couple of issues with the room but these were addressed immediately by the staff. They were friendly and helpful, just as I'd expect them to be. I was disappointed that they'd let a vehicle park in one of the disabled bays that didn't have a blue badge. There were only 3 bays and we took the last one as my son is in a wheelchair. The disabled bay that had been taken by non blue badge holder was directly outside the front door, apparently they had kids

Me and my husband stayed over to watch the football match. Even though the surrounding area was packed I was happy to walk in to a very clean quiet area. The room was very clean and had everything I would have needed. The bed was beyond comfortable. I met Liz in the morning who was very helpful with her knowledge of the area to get back to the train station.

I went over Easter to go visit some family and I was far from disappointed. I was met by the manager Liz and later her amazing receptionist Sally who was kind enough to give me a refill on tea and coffee. These two made me feel beyond welcome as when I entered and I will be coming again thank you for a wonderful stay.

The beds are very comfy the pillows are fluffy the rooms are nice and clean the staff are very friendly and helpful there's plenty of tea coffee and milk Claire Sally Sean and Ellie to name just a couple of the staff are always on hand with a smile
