Amenities cards are required for pool usage but not to enter the beach access. This gorgeous Island Golf View Villa offers, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor living space with first hole golf views from the covered patio. The main bedroom offers king bed with dresser, closet, tv and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full and twin bed with tv, dresser and access to the outdoor patio from the room. The newly redesigned open kitchen has quartz counters, white cabinetry, large built-in table with 6 seats and stainless appliances. There is a designated workspace with desk and chair. We have four bikes available for usage on property. Three are adult bikes and one with a baby seat attached the last one is for a small child. We also have boogie boards, beach, chairs, pool noodles, fishing, rods, all for the adventure vacationer. The villa is a half a mile from the first beach access. There are nine beach accesses on Seabrook. The villa is closest to beach walk nine. Seabrook Island is home to a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex, long unspoiled beaches, a seasonal variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner and your own private events of any size. Bohicket Marina is home to 200 wet slips, 114 dry storage slips and a quaint market with wonderful restaurants and shops.
