An Unforgettable Stay at Kaiya Beach Resort Kaiya Beach Resort is a truly special place. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in an atmosphere of calm, luxury, and intentional design. The architecture is outstanding—elegant, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. It creates a peaceful environment that feels both sophisticated and soothing. The team at Kaiya made the experience even more memorable. Everyone I met was welcoming and attentive, and I’d especially like to thank Herve, Emma, and Denver for their kindness and thoughtful presence Whether lounging by the beach, taking in the stunning views, or simply enjoying the ambiance, every moment at Kaiya was a joy. I left feeling completely refreshed and inspired—and I’m already looking forward to returning very soon ;) Highly recommended.

The built-in intention for personal connection, for highest level of detail in every aspect, and for utmost care for body, mind and soul, is life changing. Guest treatment - I have NEVER felt so valued as Kaiya staff led me to feel. My first name was remembered & used regularly, staff warmth and friendliness was every bit of sincere and authentic. I felt like a QUEEN Beach House - gorgeous infinity pool, perfect swimming water temperature, strategic view of Gulf of Mexico. Beach is just a staircase walk down off the pool grounds. High quality suntan lotion is ready & waiting. Condo - bright & spacious bedrooms & baths Best shower pressure in panhandle!!! Hot & Cold temps are also great. Food - most gifted and accommodating Chef!!! Converted me into a fish taco lover. Really good at making healthy food that’s also palette-satiating and optimal for body. Food allergies are easily accommodated, but plenty of advance notice makes it optimal. Fun - bicycles are available for rent. Highly recommend a night-time bike ride around town.

We stayed here with family this past weekend for my sisters engagement. Denver was awesome. Extremely helpful and even brought up champagne, a picture of the couple and bath products to congratulate the newly engaged couple. The resort, the pool, the rooms, all amazing. When we booked, we were told we would be able to use the beach club for a fee if available and every day we were told it was unavailable however there was only ever like 1-2 at the beach club. Not sure where the disconnect is there but we still managed to have a good time. I will say the manager at the beach club is rude. He seems like he's maybe Australian or not from here which could be why his tone sounds rude but that was the only downfall of trip. Denver's hospitality for sure made up for that one downfall!
